Ordered the gyro cheeseburger meal, it was late about 2:30am and just got off work. My first mind said get subway(always follow your 1st mind), I wouldn’t have made a big deal of it but I live literally 3mins from this establishment but to get home to a dry and cold burger after a 10 hour work day is INSANE. They claim not to be a fast food joint lol…. Burger was missing gyro sauce no biggie at first but the burger was also cold which lead me to write this review

Visited for the first time 1-18-26. I order Nachos and a cheeseburger. I couldn’t believe they would serve a customer a burger that was burnt to a crisp. Mo taste just tough, dry & burnt. And for a $8 burger you got to be better than Mcdonalds/Burger King. Do better The nachos were ok but I didn’t realize they would be on Doritos chip. Very bad experience.

I went to this restaurant October 5, 2025 I ordered a large chicken nacho with everything on the side so I can prepare at home I asked the cashier was fine before I paid she said it was when I get my food is not me the way I want .I asked to speak to the manager. the manager was so rude she was I Hispanic lady.she worked at 7 PM on this Sunday evening I believe her name was Melissa that’s name on receipt.I asked for something like some chips on the side since they made it while and she tried to refund my whole order wow without even asking me and she told me it was my fault that they don’t make it that way and should not ordered did that way.I feel so disrespected because I’m spending my money at this establishment and I just got off of work so I was hungry and I didn’t wanna go anywhere else and this is what I want it but the rudeness of the customer service was terrible I worked in fast food restaurant I know how a person is supposed to be who comes in and spending their money I feel like fire house and needs to do better hiring people who has better customer service skills and treat customers with better respect.

Popped in to get a quick bite before catching the L. Was in and out fast! Had my food while waiting for the train, and it was excellent! My only complaint is that I didn’t try any of the lemonades. I’ll have to return for that!

I order today and 1 it was cold and the food looks horrible, the wings are tiny. If I wasn’t so hungry I’d throw it away.

I had ordered a Gyro through DoorDash at 2am and it was so good. It was right on time. Wrapped nicely. The fries still were warm. I had called the restaurant to let them know I wanted lemon pepper on my fries since the app didn’t have the option. And the lady at the front desk made sure that I got my lemon pepper. Everything was fresh.

This is my quick go to restaurant who literally have everything they have the frozen lemonade I recommend cherry lemonade and I also recommend the party wings and Philly cheesesteaks the staff always seemed a little bit on edge but trust that your food is going to be amazing

I usually get just my sandwich (no fries or pop.) This time I got the fries and pop; let me tell y’all something…when I get fries that implies that I want some fries I can eat, not no fries that’s been sitting all day that you tried to warm over that wind up being as hard as pieces of wood, all burnt up and dark brown rather than light to golden brown! I’m gonna let it slide this time, but if I get fries from here again, I’m gonna check ’em, and if I get fries like that again, you’re gonna hear about it right then and there, and I’m not gonna be civil about it! We pay good money when we support your business; the least you can do is sell us a decent product!
