We needed some quick Sunday grub, ordered 3 medium pizzas, a salad and the garlic twists. Great pizza, not just for Clearlake, but on is own! Best ranch I’ve had in a while! Wife said the salad was phenomenal as well. The garlic sticks we’re excellent, they use a bread I’ve never had as a garlic twist, and it was surprising, but tasty. Only criticism would be the garlic sticks are a touch too chewy.

Pizza was some of the best, with plentiful toppings. Parmesan garlic bread sticks(hollow twisted knot sticks) were hands down some of the best I have ever had. Comfortable atmosphere and as would be expected for a local family friendly pizza joint. Decor was a bit dated, but nothing of a concern or a negative in my opinion. Staff was friendly, service was quick and a spot I will definitely visit again when I am in the area. Don’t overlook this place and I hope your visit is as tasteful as it was for me.

Awesome pizza for a great price! Also, I found the people there to be very kind to customers. I think something was wrong with the soda machine when we went because the soda tasted funny, but that might have been a one time thing. Other that that one experience, I highly recommend going here. Especially considering that it is actually good pizza in the unlikely location of Clearlake Oaks.

Went here for grandmas 87th birthday party and it was hot as hell in there but pizza was delicious beer was good and they bent over backwards for us considering i got confetti all over their dining room, had them put ice cream in the freezer and kept bugging them while setting up. This pizza was pretty good, on the night we ordered our pizza there was a fire in town. So they were supporting some of the local firemen, so our order took forever. The pizzas were really large and we had tons of leftovers.

I’m giving this place a 4 out of 5 because customer service was not the best.
I ordered 2 pizzas and they were both cooked to perfection.
The worker was the only one there, he was getting a stock order in and he had customers so I understand being frustrated but being short with me cost him a tip.
Frustrated or not, he shouldn’t have hung up on me.
Other than that, good pizza.

Delivery took 2+ hours… Was told 45 min. Delivery driver (the owner) said, at least the pizza is fresh… But it was barely warm. Also, did not even get the order right… Was one sandwich short… Well he did bring it eventually… More than 3 hours after I ordered.
And refused to deliver anywhere other than a bar which is permanently closed. Even though you can see our house from the bar. Defeats the convenience of delivery if I have to stand outside and wait for it in front of a closed business.
This place has never heard of the phrase “the customer is always right”. The owner believes this is actually a proper way to do business.
I really wish this place wasn’t so terrible. I was a part of their rewards program and I believe I was only 1 order away from a free pizza… But this is not the first time ordering from firehouse has been a hassle.. So it is honestly not worth it for me.
If you want to order food, sit around hungry for hours, and potentially get shorted on your order unless you triple check after all is said and done… Then this is the place for you.
Also, as far as quality… The pizzas are 50%+ bread. Couldn’t say it is quite as bad as fast food pizza, but couldn’t say it is much better either.
Will never order from here again.
Next day… I just reheated a slice… Took a few bites… And noticed something sticking out of the cheese…

Wow… Lol on top of the full on terrible service… The pizza had a hair baked into the cheese. Wish I took a picture of it before I pulled it out… But that is definitely not one of our hairs… There is not a single person in my house with 6 inch long hairs.
