One of my guys just moved out to Berwyn so we were looking at places near him and decided to try this spot and I’m glad we did. Sandwiches are massive and reasonably priced. I tried the Philly buster with a cherry lemonade slushie and a cookies and cream cinnamon roll. Everything was great, definitely will be returning.

Ordered a buffalo chicken salad and chicken servings were a decent amount. The cashier in the front was friendly . She saw me confused as I entered the resteraunt since I wasn’t aware they combined hooks and firehouse grill together and she approach me to clarify that I’m at the right spot. I asked for a cup of water and the lady was kind enough to offer me a water bottle. Overall good experience and atmosphere.

food is good and i use to order often on door dash but they always raise the prices!! $18 for philly steak with fries is crazy to be honest. you can go to a chain restaurant which will be less then $15 with better meat but i supported this place since it was local. not anymore

This place never disappoints. The menu gives you plenty of options. It’s always hot and fresh. Firehouse is definitely one of my favorite go to restaurants. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

The food is good but when it comes to ordering for delivery expect over an hour and a half wait. I don’t know why it takes them so long to deliver a burger but it’s outrageous. This problem has actually been the reason why sometimes I rather just order pizza and not Firehouse.

4/30/25 update.
I changed my review to 5 stars because the home made burgers are simply just too good to give it anything other than that. Plus they always provide you with service with a smile on.

Wanted to try something new so I ordered from firehouse grill yesterday . I got the chicken Philly and my finance got the hot chicken sandwich. Both came with fries and mild sauce ( Iykyk ) food was AMAZING fresh to order homemade fries . The food is so FULL of FLAVOR and cooked to perfection. Chicken for both orders was JUICY . I loved it so much I came back again today . Called it in and boom just got done off the grill when I got there . I will definitely be back . I will also recommend them to family and friends. Thank you guys for making such great food !!! Oh before I I forget THE PORTION THEY GIVE YOU IS ENOUGH TO SHARE OR SAVE FOR LATER WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY . MY NEW FAVORITE SPOT
