The food was fantastic. Our first time trying halal & it did not disappoint. Jordan was our waiter, and he was very nice & respectful. Everything came out hot & fresh. Will definitely be back.

I wanted to give this place a perfect score because I read all the reviews before coming here and I was very excited to try it. I was disappointed by a few things. First, they brought us our milkshakes and we waited because we wanted them to go with our meal. Then, the waiter brought us the fries and again we waited because we wanted them with our burgers. We were a lil surprised by the poor timing of our drinks and food, but we remained patient. We were a little sad about our shakes getting watery and our fries getting cold. Then, the waiter brought us our burgers and I had specifically told him that I did not want any Caramelized Onions on my burger and my burger had them all over it. I was upset. Aside from that, the food was good, but I am in no rush to go back.

The waiter had a hard time understanding English. He was a nice fellow. The burgers were overcooked and had too much sauce (combo of ketchup and mayonnaise). They also do not offer cheddar cheese as an option. They only have American cheese. They don’t serve alcohol and don’t serve pork (bacon). The beef bacon was terrible (rubbery). Around $90 for 3 meals. Which included 2 appitizers, 3 burgers, 2 drinks. The onion rings were ok. They serve generic soda, which tasted awful. I will never eat here again.

First time customer at the Chicago Ridge location. The food was great. The selection of food was just right. The burgers are huge and flavorful. The seasoned French fries were delicious. Light and crispy. The service was exceptional. Our waiter Samuel was an awesome server. Very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be returning.
Update: Visited this location for the second time and Samuel was our server again. He is great. So attentive and nice. The food was better the second time around. The burgers seemed bigger and juicer. I tried the Kamikaze burger this time with a cheese injection (picture attached). Very messy, but so good. And after we were finished, they offered us free ice cream (assorted flavors). It was brought out in a cute bowl with flavored sauce on top. This will be one of my go to burger places for sure.

Ordered the smokey burger and backfire burger, both were very delicious! Excellent service. The backfire has a good kick to it and the caramelized onions in the Smokey burger add a ton of flavor. Their curly fries are delicious and were perfectly seasoned as well.

food was amazing!! wings were great (sucks it was once per table something like that ig) the bugers are delicious, grilled chicken sandwich was delicious as well. The atmosphere is chill and quiet i liked it, the employees make you feel welcomed. i would recommend this place to anyone.

Definitely won’t be back, frozen Patty’s, stale buns, doesn’t come with tomatoes lettuce or fries. and the worst part is the one time use napkins. If you’re paying 15$ for a burger i want a real napkin not 1 ply toilet paper.
Update: the burgers are over priced and taste terrible. There is absolutely no way the buns are fresh and the meat is definitely frozen, taste like it was from aldi. the owner says 9.99 but for some reason when I get my receipt the tax and tip bring those burger to over 15$ youre better off at sonic

Samuel was such an amazing server. Very happy and served us with a smile and suggested items and even offered us dessert. Will definitely come again. I would recommend the Kamikazee burger.

We had the Smoky and Wallstreet burgers with seasoned fries which were all delicious. Fast service and the food came quickly. Upscale ambience but pricier than the average burger joints.
