Cozy, elegant, and intimate! All paired with delicious food. It was our first time dining here and we only wish we’ve come sooner! The service and food were top notch, along with the atmosphere. They had a guitarist and vocalist while we were dining, which made it extra special. We enjoyed arancini (a special) and the cauliflower for appetizer and spaghetti and meatballs (a special) and the steak for entree. The espresso crème brûlée for dessert was exceptional. Lastly, it was our first night out after having our son. Management made it super special by giving us a champagne toast. We had a great time and appreciated the kind gesture!! Can’t wait to come back!

Made reservations for brunch on the early side of a Sunday morning. Only one other couple was present when we arrived, but by the time our meal was through, almost every seat had been filled: this is a newer, popular place and the plentiful patrons proved its popularity!
Cocktails and drinks were of high quality. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful as we selected our drinks and meals. (We even got to preview the dessert menu so that we could plan our food options accordingly…)
Fine food, cooked well, came out hot and tasty. Portions were just right without being overly filling; definitely left room for dessert sampling. Prices are not as high as NYC, but the quality of the food and service is, if not better! The ambiance makes guests want to extend their stay and have another round (or two). We definitely will be coming back for more meals to try and to enjoy ourselves as we did this trip!

My husband and I Dined at Eight X Sand For the first time to celebrate my birthday and we had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was warm and friendly, the Menu had creative options and all we ordered was delicious. The duo playing guitar and percussion, brought our dining experience to another whole level of enjoyment And the entertainment was not too loud to be able to have a conversation.

We had a fantastic experience this Sunday night celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. We ordered three appetizers and four entrees which we all agreed were perfectly unique and delicious. Our server Maya was very sweet. The bartender, Jeremy, made us amazing cocktails, and Chef Kyle took such good care of us—checking up on us and even brought out a special desert with a candle which was greatly appreciated. Not to mention, the atmosphere is tranquil yet sophisticated with a lovely music playlist. Overall this experience was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely loved everything about this spot—from the cool, relaxed vibe to the live guitarist who added a soulful touch to the whole experience.
I started with an espresso martini that was smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced—honestly one of the best I’ve had. The French toast was divine: thick and custardy with crispy edges, served with fresh raspberries and a sweet white sauce that added just the right touch of indulgence—no syrup needed!
The chicken and waffles were spot-on: juicy, crispy fried chicken paired with a fluffy waffle that hit all the right notes, especially with the sweet heat from the syrup. I also tried two desserts—both incredible. The pistachio German cake was unique, not too sweet, and beautifully nutty. The lemon ricotta cake was light, moist, and had that perfect citrus zing.
This place nails it on flavor, presentation, and atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!
