I had an excellent lunch experience here. This was my first visit on recommendation from my friend. Our waitress, Cass, was incredible. She was super friendly and attentive and kept our drinks filled throughout our meal.
I had the full rack of ribs with a Ceasar salad and broccoli instead of fruit. All of it was very enjoyable. My friend and I split the chips and lobster quest appetizer and the creme brulee cheesecake.

Nancy was the best. Our food and the service was tops. I recommend the wings, ribeye and filet. Our caesar salad was also good. My wife love the bread, but it could have been a little softer for me. Looking forward to coming back.

Came Sunday afternoon. Not sure what was happening but the host had a major attitude and made it seem like we inconvenienced him. That should of been the sign to leave. Our server james was just as horrible. Had no clue on what was going on and took forever for everything . Not sure how we got refilles but somehow he did managed that. I ordered the prime rib with au gratin potatoes and my daughter got the parmesan chicken with mashed potatoes. We didn’t know it came with anything else. She must of not read the menue but we both were starving. She doesn’t like her food touching so she asked for the potatoes to be in the separate plate. After what seems like forever the food came and hers was definitely not how she asked. She said her chicken was so hot she could barely eat it and her potatoes was cold. She only haf a few bites. Mine looked dry and the potatoes looked off but i managed to make it work. Usually mason is on point and the food is always great. The minute you walked in it smelled like heaven. I immediately new the food was gonna be amazing purely from the aroma. My sirloin was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth with every bite. The mashed potatoes were creamy and packed with flavor and we also got the Philly cheese steak egg rolls and omg hands down best version of a Philly I’ve ever had. I ordered two different drinks to try the first one was a spicy peach margarita which was the perfect amount of heat and sweet combination the second drink I tried was the twilight drink which was smooth and very refreshing. Both beautiful to look at and I always love a pretty drink. The staff was sweet and laid back brought out everything hot and fresh but let us enjoy each other and respect our space. Can’t wait to return to try other things off the menu. I recommend a reservation like we did to get sat right away. All around amazing experience

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is an upscale restaurant that seems geared toward special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries, and it clearly caters to a more affluent crowd. Some of the ingredients listed on the menu were unfamiliar enough that I had to Google them, which may appeal to adventurous diners but felt a bit over the top.
On this visit, three out of four of us ordered the 7oz bacon-wrapped filet. Two were ordered medium but came out medium-well, and one ordered medium-well arrived well done. For a restaurant at this price point, steak temperatures should be more accurate. The loaded baked potato was good, but nothing particularly memorable.
For what you pay for dinner, it was surprising that soup or salad was not included and instead required an $8.50 upcharge.
Another downside was being seated near the open kitchen. The noise, extra heat, and mix of food odors made the experience less enjoyable — some smells simply don’t complement what you’re eating . The seating layout near the kitchen feels like a design flaw.
On a positive note, if you visit on your birthday, they do offer a free mini dessert. I received the crème brûlée cheesecake, and the server even offered candles and a lighter, which was a nice touch.
Overall, I’d rate Firebirds Wood Fired Grill a 3.5 out of 5. Nice atmosphere and concept, but the execution didn’t quite match the price.

I placed a to-go order for 2 filet mignons well done butterflied. Order was done and brought out promptly. They were busy and I wondered how I got my order so quickly. Turns out the steaks were way undercooked. I know this is no Jeff Ruby’s, but I expect a higher level service for the price.

My review is late…. However, I came to the Liberty township location and a time was had. Chrissy/Christy and Dasani took real good care of me. It was my 60th birthday and when I initially arrived I was down because I didn’t have the type of birthday I wanted. They reassured me that they were going to make me happy and they did…. Ask in going to say is that they didn’t pull any punches and make my birthday everything!!!! Thank you guys for making my birthday special! I will be back and hope to see you all again!!!!!

Nancy was a phenomenal waitress, very attentive and gave great suggestions on beverages for me due to my diet. The devil’s eggs were great. Was not a huge fan of the honey garlic chicken as it had a heavy smoked flavor. Other than that the atmosphere and service was great.
