Great experience at Firebirds, even on a very busy night. Reservation wait time was quicker than expected! Food came out at a good time (keeping in mind of the busyness). Our waitress, Audrey, was amazing!! She was very thoughtful! Bread is freshly baked, hot, and delicious! So is the main food! Though pricey, it’s very much worth it for a wonderful experience!! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times since relocating and it has been great everytime! The ambiance is great, clean and the patio area with the fire pit is beautiful. The pasta is always delicious and so well seasoned. We recently tried the brunch and ordered a cinnamon roll it was big enough for 4 people honestly! Drinks are great and my service has always been amazing. Definitely a regular!

I wish I would’ve looked through the reviews before I came here and experienced such a disappointment! Walking into the restaurant we were not greeted by the staff. There were 3 w ladies up front. One on the phone, one doing I don’t know what, and another red head Caucasian woman who just stared at us for about 45 seconds before asking us “just two?”(which she pretty much mumbled that question) What ever happened to customer service? A “Hi welcome to firebirds, how many would it be?” Would have started our experience off right. Proceeding to when we met our server( Audrey) and ordered drinks, she decided to deny checking my ID. Jokingly I asked her “ oh do I look old” she said I mean “no but you look about my age and I look old” This lady looks about 40 by the way and I’m 25 very rude and far fetched! I definitely don’t look 40! As the night went on we ordered food and she continued to tell us the bread would be ready in 3-4 minutes. We never received bread the table she served next to us received bread before we did, again we never ever got any bread! She also barely came to our table to check on us! Going back to before we ordered food I noticed how disgusting the restrooms were. Absolutely terrible! I noticed how the clean paper towels were touching the dirty paper towels.How there was no trash by the door so the door can be opened with a paper towel. How there were used toilet paper rolls on the floor in the stalls. Most importantly a red suspicious smudge on the stall which I was really disturbed by. Even Chic fila has a much cleaner restroom. They clearly were not understaffed because the 3 young women up front seemed to not have much too do with all the gossiping they were doing while we waited to be seated. When we finally got our food it was not worth it. I got the honey garlic chicken and my husband ordered the filet and shrimp. The chicken seemed as if it was prepared earlier that day and just warmed up in a microwave to serve by how dry it was. Usually with fresh rested meat when you cut into it the juices are released. That’s how I know it was not fresh. My husband’s steak was a complete No! It was dry, old tasting and unseasoned. The only thing he enjoyed was the shrimp. If a place that has grill in the name can’t prepare a steak properly it’s definitely not worth coming back to try new items! Highly disappointed in the staff as well as the food. Why is this location still open?

I made a reservation at 3:16 PM for a 5:45 PM dinner. When I arrived on time, I was told there would still be a wait despite having a reservation. We were ultimately seated at 6:16 PM, about 30 minutes late.
The manager apologized when she seated us and mentioned she would bring a drink menu, but unfortunately never returned. About five minutes later, another server stopped by and brought menus. At 6:21 PM, we met our server, who was very sweet and attentive throughout the meal.
Timeline of service after being seated:
• 6:27 PM – Drinks arrived
• 6:29 PM – Food order placed
• 6:34 PM – Bread arrived
• 6:42 PM – Appetizer (egg rolls)
• 6:47 PM – Salads and soups
• 6:58 PM – Entrées (steaks)
• 7:10 PM – Dessert
To her credit, the manager did comp our egg rolls due to the wait, which was appreciated.
Once seated, the food timing was actually very good, and our server did a great job. The food itself was solid and enjoyable.
My only real issue was the reservation system. If reservations aren’t honored close to the scheduled time, it defeats the purpose of making one. Everything else was handled well, and the staff—especially our server—was pleasant and professional

The place is beautiful and the service is wonderful, but the food needs a huge improvement. Comparing to the price, the amount is perfect but nothing hits the spot. Not recommended if you want some good food, but the atmosphere and a nice place to hang out with good drinks. Please be aware on the wait, it takes forever for the food and service.

It was very nice. I enjoyed the egg roles with the wonderful crusted taste and blue cheese. The best egg rolls on the planet. The chicken pasty was good but spicy.

The food we had was excellent! Our waitress did a very good job. However, our group has never had so much difficulty getting drinks from a bar. Our waitress kept checking, and some of us even went inside to question it. It seemed there were two people working in that area, including a man talking to a couple the entire time we were there. We finally cancelled two drink orders which had never arrived. It was odd that they were out of the first 3 beers my husband ordered, all of which are found everywhere.

The atmosphere was very nice, our server was awesome very friendly and helpful. We had a large party but he paid attention to everyone. The food… The spinach dip was good. The salad was beautiful and fresh but the dressing was salty, my potatoes were warm, but that steak was cooked perfectly (medium well just the way I like it and it was hot). I didn’t think to take a picture until after I cut into my steak. I purchased a drink as well, with my tip my total was about $120 for just my self. Pricey yes, but a good night was had with family and friends. Oh and that brownie sundae was good, I think that brownie should have be served warm though.

Our server Mandy was an absolute treasure! The restaurant was having a slow day due to ice, but she made sure not to let that get her down! We were greeted by her as she opened the doors for us, and she immediately sat us. She was so cheery and attentive the entire meal, it was so refreshing. The food is pricey but the experience was worth every penny. The bread is exquisite and the food is wonderful. Then a manager held the door for us on our way out! Great establishment, really made my day.
