Love their burgers. The atmosphere is bustling, but inviting. The food can take some time so definitely get an appetizer. Drink are a hit or miss though. Ask for a side of Buffalo sauce to dip your fries in (you’re welcome). We’ve gone several times this year.

We had reservations around 7 pm. We were seated promptly. Loved the atmosphere, although it was very busy, and parking always seems to be limited. The Double Diamond Martini was amazing, and relatively strong. I had the garlic sirloin with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. Steak was not cooked all the way done as I requested, but still was good and the garlic butter was very flavorful. The mashed potatoes were kind of disappointing. The cheese was not melted at all. Our server Nghi was excellent. Overall good experience.

Steak is so tender and cooked to perfection! Busy place as it is good, so service attention lacks a little but nothing that will ruin the night. Atmosphere is only hindered by other guests not knowing how to act properly but rather entitled idiots at times.

Went for lunch, was pleasantly surprised it wasnt overly crowded. The establishment is a nicely designed eatery, our waitress was friendly. Our drinks were tasty and not weak. However our food was blahhhhh. Our waitress didnt really offer any recommendations and it was our 1st time. I wasn’t expressed with my food, didn’t finish and didnt take my leftovers. We both got steak sandwiches. Its steak ,which is what I was expecting. The meat was underseasoned. Tough and undigestable. The steak was a thin fatty sliced steak chunks. The pickled onions were good, the aoli was mayo wit herbs(didnt like). I want to give another chance but $60 for 2 alcoholic beverages and 2 steak sandwiches and the food wasnt even good, I don’t know…

Terrible experience for delivery. I ordered a prime rib with sides. The prime rib was tiny and the potato was inedible. I called to let them know and they just told me I have to take it up with door dash, like they weren’t the ones who prepared it and thought it was ok to send to me. I’ll never go here again. Especially for the price I paid.

I’ve always wanted to check this restaurant out and I’m glad I did! I love the atmosphere, the food was great! Be prepared to wait for a table and your food! We waited a little longer than what was told. Since it was crowded, it took almost thirty minutes before our food came. I wanted to order the Wood Grill Salmon, believe it or not, they ran out! The next I’m there,, I’ll get there early to try it….I think it was worth the wait.

I recently visited here after having a taste for a Ribeye Steak. As I was seated the waitress was nice and friendly and asked if I would like bread, yes, I replied. I ordered the Ribeye and loaded baked potato. The bread was warm (cool) and came with butter. When my food arrived, my loaded baked potato was kinda cold and the steak was overcooked. They remade my entire order. Tasting from the overcooked steak, the seasoning was perfect but the new steak was kinda salty but hot and very good. I scarped some of the salt seasoning off. Overall, I’ll go again but not my first selection. This is only because of the limited selection of steaks. The manager apologized for my order, cool .

We just moved to the area and wanted to try out a steak place. Food was worth waiting for. Our meal took longer than expected but management was apologetic and so kind to let us know of an error of overcooking our steaks (which we greatly appreciated). Our server was attentive and pleasant. We took home their crème brûlée cheesecake (they so kindly gifted for our wait) and it was to DIE for!! Thank you to Firebirds- our first but not last visit.
