Great atmosphere and the waiter was very friendly and provided excellent service. We had a birthday cake and he chilled it in the fridge for us while we ate.
The burger was delicious and juicy, and the tots along with it were crispy. A bit greasy but that is to my personal liking.

Chase is a fantastic bartender and made wonderful recommendations for food and drinks. I will also add the whole staff is excellent and they go the extra mile. Also we saw Joey is a server who has helped us in the past and has become a friend- he came over to say hello too. We love Joey and all the servers here!
Everything was cooked perfectly and the drinks were crafted with care.
We were looking forward to this all week and you know they’re gonna get it right here! Run, don’t walk, to Firebird’s! They really understand hospitality and getting the details right.

If you’re in town, you have to check this place out—and make sure you get Kennidy as your server! She honestly made our whole visit so much better. Super friendly, attentive, and just genuinely fun to talk to, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. And the food? Absolutely amazing. Every single dish we tried was flavorful, fresh, and just hit the mark. It was the kind of meal that makes you want to come back tomorrow…or at least next week. Honestly, it’s rare to leave a spot feeling this taken care of and so satisfied. Kennidy definitely deserves a shout-out for making the experience extra special, and the food only made it better. Locals, visitors—this is one of those spots you’ll be telling everyone about.

This was our first time eating at this location and it has hands down become my FAVORITE. We were quickly seated and our food and drinks were in front of us in NO time. Everything cooks and seasoned very well. However, the star of the show was ANTONIO !!!!! Antonio was sooo amazing, his cheerful personally was so infectious and you would have thought we were his only table with how quickly all of our needs were met. He recommended the Double Diamond Back Martini and it was delicious !!! We didn’t have to ask for anything because he was 3 steps ahead of us. We will be back and hopefully can get Antonio again !! There were also some other ladies who were great. 10 out of 10, HIGHLY recommend

We sat in the bar area to see the tv, very nice atmosphere, wings were delicious, ancient grains side dish was surprisingly good and the ribs were good but not meaty and the bbq sauce was delightfully sweet. The server was friendly and attentive despite the steady flow of guests.

Went here this evening and the service was incredibly slow. We were told there was a 15 minute wait which is fine. We sat for 30 minutes and it was not even busy. We went to check on the wait and the hostess immediately took us to a table that had been empty for a while. Still fine. But then we sat at the table for several minutes before anyone came to address us. By the time our server came, we already looked over the menu and chose drinks, an appetizer which they said they were out of and our meals. The food took forever to come out though it was hot and my food was cooked well. I needed to ask for silverware. We didn’t get a knife for the butter and bread. I asked for butter and sour cream that didn’t come till I was almost done with my food. Our drinks were not refilled till we were nearly finished eating and to top it off we waited over 15 minutes just to get the check and pay. We skipped dessert because it was taking so long to get anything.

This was my first time not only eating here but at Firebirds Wood Fire Grill period and my overall experience was phenomenal. The waitress whose name was Francesca attended to me and the other party that accompanied me immediately after being seated. She was very friendly and helpful in her accommodations from assisting us with menu choices and checking on us frequently. Her customer service skills alone would make me want to return. In addition to the great customer service we received, the food was delicious. We order the hot wings and onion rings from the shareables selection and the cheeseburgers from the expecting. The wait time it took, it being served hot, and the taste, was above my expections.

A very long wait. We made a reservation and had to wait more than half an hour for a table and another half hour for the food to arrive. I feel that one side is not enough as a companion to a dinner, especially if it’s a man eating. The waitress was friendly but a little forgetful.
