Very good sushi and rolls. Service is excellent, and food comes in quick. Not the coziest place (probably because I’m an interior designer and see all opportunities) but the restaurant is nice and well decorated. I can recommend the chefs choice with 10 pieces of sushi, and the spicy roll with tuna and crispy rice. Delicious!

We had never been here before and were looking for a place to eat and found it. Its off Wilshire right by Coverdale and while parking is hard to come by they actually have free parking behind the building if your lucky enough to find a spot.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was the server’s attentiveness. Upon arrival it was muggy. No AC, none of the ceiling fans on. Had to be in the 80s. Quality and freshness of fish is good. Portion size is average to small. House rolls are cheaper and expect to be smaller. Special rolls on the other hand should be larger, they weren’t. The portion of fish was below average to any other sushi bar. Lastly the quality of rice was below average. Literally crumbling even if picked up by hand. We ordered a good amount so these issues were consistent.

Be careful and check your order before picking it from the restaurant. I ordered nigiri sushi here tonight and it smelled so bad when I have opened the box at home. It was either shrimp or salmon, or both – I couldn’t even think of trying it, the smell was that bad. It’s weird that that a cook could miss a spoiled ingredient with such intense smell. This order was a huge disappointment.

I was sitting at the bar and looked at the chef they didn’t even wear gloves to make the sushi or the food even if they touched there face or something dirty they didn’t even thought to wash there hands and kept making the rolls and just looking at it made me sick the health apartment should shut them down

Didn’t love the baked crab roll. The California rolls were only okay.

The problem with this restaurant is that the sushi was falling apart, but in general it was delicious and the girl who serves was nice in appearance and in communication.
