We both got the roasted garlic sirloin with mashed potatoes, and neither of us were blown away. We’ve dined at a different Firebirds before, getting the same thing, and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, at our visit to this location, the steaks were lacking in texture and flavor. Their was minimal crust on the steak, so butter was the primary flavor. The laxk of crust also made for a floppy piece of meat and not just because of the level of doneness. The mashed potatoes were somewhat clumpy and not very buttery.

I ordered lunch to-go for 15 people with very short notice and not only did the restaurant make it happen, they did it with a great attitude! The food was delicious (almost every meal was different and there was not a single complaint from anyone). The to-go portion size was perfect, the containers they use are great (no spillage and my car didn’t smell like grilled salmon), they packed up extra condiments without me asking and had plenty of plasticware for the group. It was a top notch experience all around!

Huge thanks and appreciation to Vell for going the extra mile and making an already special evening even more memorable ✨ This restaurant has always been one of the favorite spots for me, my wife, and two of our closest friends whenever we want to celebrate something important. Last night our friends were there celebrating their anniversary, and I had planned to call earlier in the day to arrange a small surprise for them… but I completely forgot until around 7:30 PM I was worried they had already left.
Luckily, Vell answered the phone, listened carefully to my situation, and checked right away. He told me they were still there and even knew exactly which table they were sitting at! He assured me he would take care of something special for them.
And he absolutely did! He brought them a Happy Anniversary card from the restaurant and even created a second handmade card that included my wife’s and my names on it Our friends were totally surprised and honestly blown away by the thoughtful gesture. Moments like that truly show what amazing customer service looks like. You really can’t do it any better than this!

I was very excited to try firebirds as I’ve heard lots of good things. The host was friendly and sat as quickly. However after being seated, we were not acknowledged or greeted by anyone for at least fifteen minutes. My time is more valuable than $30 meatloaf, so I left. The host did not ask any questions but was kind enough to tell me to have a nice night.

I usually only order delivery. The food is always delicious. The only issue I have is that recently I never get my bread. They have an option to PURCHASE EXTRA bread but I don’t want extra. I just want a little with my meal. It’s not a big thing but when there are so many options out there and money is tight little things like getting your bread matters.

First timers and I wish I could give more than 5 stars for service and food! Catherine was beyond phenomenal! We’ve got twin 2.5 year old boys and they can sometimes be a touch feral. And after driving 4 hours today, they definitely had a touch of wild. But we sat in a corner and Catherine still treated our party of 5 like we were they only people in the restaurant. Nothing went close to empty and as soon as something was finished, the plate was removed. She made the night incredible for us. Then the food was absolutely phenomenal! And the kids meals were top notch as well; not an afterthought but truly incredible food for the kiddos. We had steaks that were great, but the butter on top took it to the next level. And then desserts. Bread pudding and cheesecake…. HOLY COW!

Huge shoutout and thanks to Vell who went above and beyond taking care of a request I made. This if my wife and my, and two of our best friends favorite restaurant for a great special occasion dinner. Out friends were having their anniversary dinner here last evening. I had known they were going and had intended to call during the day to line up something special for them. I forgot to call until almost 7:30 and feared they may have already left. Vell got on the line with me, I explained the situation, he checked and said they were still there and he knew exactly their table. He said he would take care of doing something nice. Well, that’s for sure, took them a Happy Anniversary Firebird’s card and also crafted a second hand made card that included my and my wife’s name!! Our friends were surprised and blown away!! You can’t do customer service any better than this!!

Went as a last minute thing on Valentine’s Day. Sat in the bar area where you have to become very intimate with your neighboring table. Service was pretty good considering the traffic and the food was phenomenal. Great flavors and generous portion sizes. ❤️
