Aneesah did an amazing job taking care of us at table 52 around 8pm on Friday night previous the snow storm madness. It had been a while since we’d had a proper Firebirds dining experience.
My husband used to manage one of these franchises for years and has always loved the brand, and for me Firebirds was our “safe place” whenever we didn’t know where to eat. Unfortunately, our last four experiences at other locations had been disappointing, so we stopped going for a while… but this new spot on Hull Street proved us wrong.
We came on a very busy Friday night with no reservation; party of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). We were quoted 1.5 hours and my husband joked they gave us “Firebirds time” . While waiting, we grabbed two drinks at the bar thanks to Aulora, who kindly noticed us standing in a corner of their packed bar and helped us right away.
In less than an hour, we were seated with Aneesah, and according to my husband’s Firebirds knowledge, she followed every step of service perfectly. After two years of frustrating service at other Firebirds locations, this felt so refreshing.
She asked if we had dined before, noticed we already had drinks from the bar and made sure we got refills, brought us fresh warm bread, suggested appetizers, kept our glasses full, offered fresh cocktails, and upsold so well that we ended up ordering dessert too.
At one point my husband even pointed out other servers shaking margaritas tableside and said, “Look baby, Firebirds training,” because that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be done, and something we hadn’t seen in years.
We’re industry people and business owners ourselves, but not the annoying type of guests who nitpick service. What made this special is our love for the brand and finally seeing it done right again, especially in this economy, where you really think twice about where you spend your hard-earned money.
Thank you to the entire team. We will definitely be back and happy to recommend this location to friends, family, and even our own regulars.

Staff was excellent, food was flavorful and delicious. Lobster and spinach Queso dip was amazing. Chicken pasta had great flavor. Ribs fell right off the bone. And the seasonal salmon with lobster Queso over grits and asparagus was amazing. The seasonal cherry bread pudding was also very tasty. If you haven’t been to a FIREBIRDS yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

Wow!! We got to come for the soft opening and had an AMAZING experience. The waitstaff was all attentive and met our needs before we even thought to ask. Our server Debbie gave great tips and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious and we enjoyed all of our appetizers and entrees. The mint condition was our favorite mocktail. Thank you for a wonderful meal!!

We were a group of 6 for dinner, our server was fantastic. I got the Roasted garlic sirloin asked for Med, it was more med rare but thats was ok because it was delicious! So were the mushrooms and fries. We also had 3 different apps. The Ahi tuna, the deviled eggs Lobster spinach queso. My husband has the shrimp and grits he did not like it very much. Our friend had the steak penne had said it was lacking flavor. His wife had the Ahi tuna superfood salad she ate it all so I think she liked it. Other friends shared the filet. They said it was ok. The atmosphere is not as loud as latitudes so that was a plus. I would definitely get that steak again probably the best I ever had.

It feels like the bean counters have taken over since the opening.
The food is now bland and tasteless (eg the meatloaf), and the cocktails are weak.
My dirty martini and old fashioned were really watery. I bet I could have easily driven home and it’s sad when profit margin takes priority in this fashion.
This is really disappointing, as initially the place felt like an asset to the area. Now….. It feels like the bottom line on a spreadsheet.

Fantastic service. Excellent food. Very nice touch with a Happy anniversary card and a complimentary dessert. Our server Deb was great. Highly recommend this restaurant. Leaving the management ask how we enjoyed our meal.

Brand new location, staff and management making sure everyone is happy and everything is as close to perfect as can be expected. Our server, Oshyn was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu even as a newbie to the franchise. We enjoyed our food, Buffalo style wings, NY Strip with steak fries, Cajun Ribeye with Parmesan mashed potatoes, added lobster tail but I think the fav was the hubs lemon cake he bought to take home lol. Parking is a challenge but they do have a dedicated drop off spot at the door if anyone has mobility issues or uncomfortable footwear lol. We’re looking forward to going back and trying other menu items

I loved my food, me and my boyfriend went here for our first date and will definitely come again , service was fantastic , our server was Debbie and she was a sweetheart!!! She definitely needs a raise, her attitude and all together presentation made the lunch so much better . 1000/10 we’ll be back !! And Debbie should definitely be our server again.
