We ordered salmon and chicken. Pretty underwhelming, right? But wait! They both came from the grill, not a fake one, The Grill! You could tasted the smoke in the meat. The salmon came not on smashed potatoes, nope, but on a bed of grits and esparragus. And to top this marvel, they thrown a lobster fondue and added two really big shrimps. The chicken came with perfectly cooked broccoli and the best tater tots I had in a long time. For dessert: a creme brulé cheesecake that was insanely good. I almost forgot to tell you that for starter we ordered a goat cheese fondue which came with these garlic buttered toasts that was outwordly. I had a very good cherry Old Fashion.
Our server Olivia was fun quick, knew everything and her recommendations were spot-on. I’m telling you now: you have to go there!

Quality food and great service! I had an amazing time with my family over the weekend.
The only small con was the portion size for the salmon. While my family members received large pasta and salad portions, my salmon plate came with just one scoop of mashed potatoes and three carrots. Even though the portions were small, everything was SO delicious and clearly homemade.
Our server was so sweet and attentive, which made the experience even better. Overall, I would definitely come back to try more from the menu!

This was our 4th time here and we had a good experience. These are not complaints, but things I would adjust: salad dressing was a little tart, Firebirds chardonnay was on the sweet side… ok this is actually a complaint – the beer list is severely lacking for a place with $60 entrees (it’s basic, boring, and on-par with big chain restaurants). That said, our server was fantastic. In addition to her professionalism, she brought us another round of drinks (the non-alcoholic ones) without asking. I don’t know if that’s standard procedure for Firebirds or just her attentiveness, but those little things go a long way. The food was excellent, too!

I celebrated my friend’s birthday with a dinner at Firebirds. When I made the reservation, I let them know it was her special day. The hostess greeted her with a birthday wish, and our server, Derron, made our experience fantastic. We enjoyed a personalized birthday dessert and a beautiful postcard signed by the staff.
We started with crispy Ranch Rings and delicious garlic ranch dip. I had a perfectly cooked ribeye steak, while my friend enjoyed the salmon salad. The Creme Brulee Cheesecake was a wonderful way to end our meal.

We recently went to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill for my sister’s brunch and had such a great experience! The food and atmosphere were wonderful, and it was the perfect place to celebrate.
That said, the real reason we’ll be coming back is the service. We had Jenia as our server and she was truly the best server we’ve ever had. She was so attentive, warm, and thoughtful — even surprising us by bringing over a congratulations cake for my sister. It was such a sweet touch that made the day feel extra special.
Jenia made our experience outstanding from start to finish, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized!

I came here to celebrate a family members birthday, and we wanted to try somewhere different.
I can admit the food was very delicious. The Chicken was nice and tender. The Salmon and Shrimp was absolutely flavorful. The Baja Shrimp Pasta was very creamy and delectable. All the food was very delicious, tasting to my palette.
The server I had was amazing, and her personality was so bubbly! She checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. I definitely intend on going back

Im going to give this place a 5 star, the restaurant all together is great! And all the waitresses and host look so pretty and clean all together. Especially Rosalie, did you know you can request a waiter? I didn’t know that until now. We have gone twice already and have enjoyed her smile and how attentive she is. I love their salad the shrimp and strawberries one is delicious! The deviled eggs as well, the Mac and cheese for my little one is just perfect when we add broccoli to it! We have tried other plates so it’s definitely a place we will be going back to. Of course is pricey but for the quality of the food ! Why not! Recommend it for sure!

This experience was great. The server was so nice and sweet and she came to check on us multiple times. I really loved the atmosphere very upscale and clean. We went here for a birthday occasion and they did not disappoint. I tried this pineapple mocktail which was a great and delicious drink. We tried 2 different appetizers which were the deviled eggs and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. I ordered the honey garlic grilled chicken with Parmesan mashed potatoes and a Caesar Salad and it was very much to my liking. This was a very nice outing and I would definitely revisit.

This was my first time going to this restaurant and I had a wonderful experience. The staff were awesome , especially our server Alyssa. She was polite and gave exceptional customer service! My boyfriend and I got the three-course meal and the portions were great and the food was delicious. I chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner and when the staff found out, they made sure to celebrate me. We will definitely be back soon. Had an amazing meal at Firebirds! I honestly can’t even put into words how good the Lobster Spinach Dip was; it is an absolute must-order. The onion rings were perfectly crispy, and the burger was fantastic and cooked just right.
What made the night even better was our server, Naweed. He did an excellent job taking care of us, making sure we had everything we needed and providing top notch service. We will definitely be back!
