The food was excellent. We had reservations for 8pm and we’re immediately seated in the patio which we requested. The server was bright and cheery and took our drink orders. One draft beer and one water. Our food was straight off the menu with no alterations.

The appetizer was again excellent but the time it took after to recieve our rare steaks and then the length of time to get refills to our drinks were pretty bad. I had to actually go in to get the water myself at the bar. The waitress never checked on how our food was and we never saw her until we were well done with our food. I let her know I had to get the water which she clearly forgot about despite us asking for it.

It’s simple stuff. But if I’m paying over $100 for dinner and not asking for special food or mixed fancy drinks I’d expect reasonable service. Unfortunately while the food was really good the service was not on the same level

We ordered various steaks at firebirds, but all were ordered as “medium” after we consulted with our waiter about what “medium” means at firebirds. He informed us that it’s pink in the middle, not like a sliver of pink.

The sirloin was cooked to too well done, almost to the texture of jerky where the meat becomes too hard to chew.

We never got refills until we asked after we paid the bill. Overall, not a great experience.

We had a retirement lunch for a co worker, with 32 people. We chose a prefix menu and appetizers. The staff and manager, I believe his name was Nick, were very accommodating. They seated us to one side of the restaurant, separated from the other diners so it was semi private. Price per person was reasonable and best I found in thr local area offering what we were looking for. Their menus are online for pricing, there are different selections for different price levels per person. We brought in our own cake which the staff so kindly cut up and served. We had salad, wings, lobster quest dip, cilantro chicken, ribs and chicken w/pasta. Everything was well received by my co workers, and they are very honest and up front with their opinions . I would recommend for any type of lunch, even just for two.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at Firebirds.

A pleasant staff, good food and a menu that has a little bit for everyone.

Thank you for always providing great service

The salmon was just a tad well done and the veggies were fresh yet lukewarm.

I recommend a regular mimosa instead of the one I had. It was just okay.

Tip: I think they have the best straws!

I enjoyed my night at Firebirds, we ordered Sesame Salmon and Baby Back Ribs, everything was so delicious and the food portion was perfect, their cocktails are made the way they’re meant to. And the desert is top notch.
Wait time was not too bad and the waiter was very nice and friendly. Prices are bit higher but it is exactly what is expected for a fancy restaurant.

We had a very pleasant dinner and celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary. Service was excellent and our server Todd was absolutely awesome. He actually had all the staff sign a nice card for my wife and I. Thank you Todd and Firebirds for a wonderful evening..

I could not be more impressed with the service and food at Firebirds. From the moment we walked in, every interaction with an employee was done with a smile. The owner greeted us at our table, and introduced us to our server, James. Service was quick and very responsive, and he took extra care to learn our names. The drinks were fantastic. If you’re really hungry like we were, I definitely recommend trying the ranch onion rings. It was our third time at this restaurant and each visit has been better than the last. We will be back soon! If you have a special occasion to celebrate, this is the place. They will treat you right. Thank you again, Firebirds!

Pleasant atmosphere, great service, very good food and drinks fair prices. Lobster quaso is delicious. I personally prefer the fish over the steaks here.

Drinks were good. Appetizers were decent. Steak was great–18oz prime rib cooked perfectly (seemed a bit shy of 18oz, tho). Lots of fat on the steak, too (I’m familiar with prime rib, but this still seemed extra fatty).

No espresso on the menu was a slight bummer.

Port mushrooms were OUTSTANDING.
