This is the Chinese food experience I’ve been looking for since moving from Long Island 30 years ago. Busy, curt but friendly, crazy reasonable prices. Got dumplings, chicken and vegetables dinner combo ( with fried rice and egg roll) and a bourbon chicken same way, $30. Done in 20 minutes and soooo good, and way more than we could eat for a one night hotel stay, seriously wish I had a cooler for leftovers. At least I know what I’m having for breakfast. Definitely recommend

Had an outstanding take-out meal from Hot Wok! Food was still piping hot by the time we reached home. I had the general Tso tofu, which was excellent and OH had the general Tso chicken dinner meal…also fabulous. We will absolutely be eating here regularly, while staying in Villano. Highly recommend!!

Food tasted good. We had tye beef and broccoli comb and the sesame chicken combo, both with egg roll. Enjoyed the egg roll very much. The combos were large. Had leftovers for the next day. They give you a huge amount of rice with your combo! Would suggest getting the food to-go as the small dining area is very basic and only seats 16.

The rice is old and not properly stored. There are rice weevils in the rice they look like beetles . Wife got sick when she saw this. We asked for a refund. They offered to make a new order for us. Not understanding that the infestation is in all the rice and kitchen. They processed to yell at my wife as the cook took the rice weevils from their bag and squeezed it infront of her face. This is not how you ever treat customers.

Me and my family are on vacation here and wanted some Chinese food so we decided to try this place. It was literally right across the street from our airbnb apt home.. Man the food was delicious! Some of the best I’ve had.. Now the food took longer than expected, but the delivery guy was very friendly and apologetic so it was no big deal as far has I was concerned! The food was definitely worth the wait! I had the General Tso chicken, egg roll and wonton soup. It was all very good! My family had pepper steak, orange chicken, sesame chicken and beef and broccoli. Everyone loved it.. And the prices were very reasonable! 8 people ate for 70 bucks! And the portions were large! We probably won’t eat here again til next vacation since we live in GA, but whenever we do I hope they’re still around because we will definitely remember this place! Thanks so much for this experience!

I’ve been going to Fire Wok since I moved to St Augustine in 2020. This is the first place we tried when we were exhausted from moving and we never had to look anywhere else after that moment. We ADORE this place. We order from here about once a week. The husband and wife who own it are incredible people and the food they create is delicious. I come from NYC, and this is as close as it gets.
The portions are huge (what we order typically lasts us an entire week), the food is non-greasy (if you order non-fried items), the entrees, soups, dumplings etc all differ in spice slightly each time, because it is all homemade each day.
Fire Wok was one of the first experiences that made us begin to feel like home here. They’d actually call us if we didn’t order on a Sat night just to make sure we were ok!!!! When we do order, we don’t even have to supply our special requests, because they’re just known and assumed now every time they see our address pop up. I’m telling you— Fire Wok is family.

May be the best Mongolian beef I’ve ever had. Instead of sweet it was spicy, and the beef was so tender…not chewy at all. Huge portion too!
