listen… this place does NOT play about their food Everything tastes homemade.. like somebody auntie is in the back cooking with love. They actually batter their wings (not that frozen bag mess), and the burgers taste like real burgers you make at the house, not the flat freezer patties everybody else be selling.
My hubby was ready to come back and buy more the SAME week.. that’s how good it was. The food is fresh, seasoned, hot, and worth every penny. Service timing was what it suppose to be cause “they cook cook”! It takes time we not here for fast food .. everything was clean, and the people were cool.
If you want REAL food that hits every time, stop by here.

EVERYONE needs to check this joint out! Everything on the menu is great and made fresh. Some of the best wings in the city. Check out the pics. I ordered the Catfish platter (comes with grilled veggies, rice, and garden salad) but substituted deep-fried breaded perch. Greek salad (w/extra Feta) is loaded. Very clean and lots of assorted goodies to buy in front. Both American-style and Mediterranean choices. On Lewis near Whittier School. It’s one of my regular spots now! I lose sleep thinking about what I want to order next, lol! Call ahead to have it ready!

My first experience with Fire Wings was, uh, ok.. we wasn’t completely happy with the $50 we spent. We ordered two small gyro salads and was charged for larges bc she said it was cheaper ♀️ , But we’re glad she did bc the salad was BOMB! I loved the dressing.
I also ordered the chicken shawarma with fries. The fries were delicious. The chicken was seasoned perfectly. But the shawarma itself was dry. I ditched the bread and ate the meat with the complimentary extra side of sauce on the fries.
My dude ate gyro salad and garlic parm wings. The wings weren’t cooked well done as asked &we didn’t like them. Too slimy. My dude put them in the oven the next day and ate them.
All in all, I may return late night to try something different or maybe only get the salad.

Not the best area, but certainly some wonderful food. Very nice clean location with all sorts of wonderful products, not just food. I had the wings, I also bought some fresh honeycomb and hibiscus tea. So awesome! I snacked on some of the sides as well. The tenders are good. Onion rings were fantastic. Cheese sticks were cheese sticks. I don’t think I have had an impressive cheese stick. The people are super friendly. Food takes a moment to prepare, but it’s fresh and well worth it. It’s quality food and worth the wait.

I’ve been looking far and wide for the best wings in the area. I feel that I finally found it, I ordered breaded wings w/garlic parm & hot sauce on the side. They were cooked perfectly! So happy to find this place! I also ordered the onion rings which were lighted breaded, crispy & actually tasted like onion rings!

The grilled chicken entree was amazing! Their garlic sauce is delicious!!! The breaded wings were crispy and cooked to perfection! The portions are definitely worth the price!!!
