Ordered tender fries it clearly wasn’t tenders it was some sort of blackened chicken. I asked for no spice it is very spicy. It was loaded with red chili flakes. If it’s tender fries shouldn’t it be made with tenders not blackened chicken? French fries were crispy. Husband said wings were good. I might give them another try at another location to see if they can get it right.

There’s also has a second floor, so even if many people come, there should be enough seating.

I believe every restaurant has standards for its servers. If the service is subpar, then you should replace your staff. This is the slowest and worst-serviced fire wing I’ve ever been to. I ordered 10 chicken wings, but I received 10 drums instead of a mix. I found this absurd. I approached the server, and while I was polite, I only wanted an explanation. However, the server shirked responsibility, saying it was a kitchen problem and that it was random. If it’s random, then this shouldn’t happen. If that’s the case, you should put up a sign beforehand to let customers know! If I asked for 10 wings, with no drum , would you say yes? If every customer wanted wings, with no drum would you say yes? The server arrogantly asked if we needed them remade, adding that it would take another 15 minutes. She showed no respect for our time, acting as if I was the one causing her trouble. I was angry not because of the food, but because of the service attitude. Furthermore, when the food was served, they simply dropped it on the table for less than a second before she walked away. I don’t even know the food was in the table already! Everyone knows that chicken wings and a drum are not the same thing, but your promotional photos show both chicken wings and a drum. I paid the same price and got something worse. Can I sue you for false advertising?

I always get the Peking and/or garlic parmesan wings to-go. They’re so good! The taste and quality are very consistent. The fries are crispy and salted well. I tried the mozzarella sticks, and they were very underwhelming. No flavor and not crunchy.
The only issue I had this last time when ordering to-go was that they put the wings (2 different flavors) together in the same box instead of putting them in separate boxes like they’ve always done.
Note for this location: please DO NOT put 2 different wing flavors in the same box. All my garlic parmesan wings had Peking flavor at the bottom of them.

Customer service is always amazing! I used to be a wingstop only girl but nope not anymore now fire wings is my absolute favorite spot to get chicken wings. This location I love it’s always clean and definitely a vibe. Garlic noddles are 100/10 if you as me and it is a must try.

❤️ this place. They always cooked their wings & fries perfection. We came after lunch hour, so it was pretty dead. Got family pack. The wings & fries were lack on salt but there are mini packets of pepper & salt near the soda machine. Still LOVE their garlic/parmesan wings & garlic fries. Low quality experience. Large orders of fresh fry’s. But the only ketchup is in packets. No salt. No pepper. All food is eaten off of small metal trays even if you order 100 wings. I have the tender sandwich combo1. They refused to sell me the combo 2 or 3 because they didn’t have the coleslaw. So I had to pay more to have 2 sliders. The staff was so young that I was concerned they were even of age to be able to serve the beer. The service was cold unenthusiastic and kind of sucked. There is no sign of a manager of anyone who was older than nineteen years old in the place. The salad bar is an absolute joke. You’re not allowed to put anything into your bull yourself you have to ask them to do it so I passed. Who suggested the idea of keeping lettuce behind a locked counter that you can access is beyond explanation. I was trying to eat healthy and I was going out to lunch with co-workers and I intended on having a salad but after seeing their salad bar setup I just gave up and went with two chicken sliders. They were very uninteresting .
