Such a great experience all around. The food was honestly so good, but the boom boom chicken completely stole the show — insane flavor, perfectly cooked, and absolutely worth the hype. I’m still thinking about it and will 100% be ordering it again.
Our waitress, Summer, was amazing too. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really on top of everything without being overbearing. She made us feel welcome and definitely added to the overall experience.
The vibe of the place was fun and comfortable, the service was smooth, and the food hit every time. One of those meals where you leave happy and already planning your next visit. Highly recommend checking this place out!!!!

I really enjoyed the experience here from the moment we stepped inside. A very relaxing ambience and comfortable. The food was the real star, though. So flavorful and perfectly done! The boom boom chicken was crisp and well sauced, the crispy pork with broccoli was too die for! The house soup was a lovely, delicate broth, and the spring rolls were fantastic! The server, Summer, was sweet and very prompt. I will definitely be back!

Food was fantastic, good portion sizes for lunch which came with spring roll and soup. I got pad pak hot and it had plenty of heat. Additionally, our waitress Summer was very attentive and ensured our food was as ordered and our drinks were never empty, which when you are eat spicy Thai food matters!

EDIT: I changed my review from 5 stars to 3 because I hate the new hours. I used to go at least once a week or every other week on my lunch break and now I can’t. I live in Crestview so I would have to get dinner to go and it’s not the same. Miss the old hours.

I’ve had the pleasure of eating at Fire Thai Fusion numerous times since they have opened up in the area and every time I’ve had a great dining experience inside the restaurant and with to go orders. The restaurant is always clean and nice atmosphere. The food is consistently excellent with nice portions and great flavors. I’ve always had great service with friendly wait staff and especially Summer, she is always great to see with her wonderful smile and great service! Highly recommend and thank you to everyone at Fire Thai Fusion!

I Love coming to Thai Fire Fusion. Best Thai is town. The grilled Teryaki Salmon is delicious with the best grilled taste. Summer is the absolute best. Kind and Fast service from Summer Thank you to the chief the food is Always amazing and fast. Best Mango Bobba. Thier Thai fried rice is the best in town. I have had them all. Love this restaurant!

Absolutely love this spot! Always a go to for my top restaurants. The service is always fantastic (shout out to Summer) and the food is phenomenal, especially their Pad Thai, pizzas and fried rice. You definitely need to check out their sister restaurant Firecraft Seafood too for the best oysters and Crawfish queso fries!
