Good service. We went there as a family that had very different dietary choices. The food was good. Not a lot of options for vegetarians like myself. Also, if you’re a vegetarian/vegan who is afraid of contamination, don’t bother going because they cook veg and non veg on the same pan and spatula. I liked the place more for the experience as it was my first hibachi restaurant.

I came from Seattle and had sushi in Greensboro for the first time. It was a really great experience for me. The service was very friendly, and the sushi was fresh and delicious. I left completely satisfied and would definitely recommend this place!

We had a big party come here for my best friends birthday, cook was very friendly nice and listen to how we wanted our food cooked, but the waitress wasn’t on top of things drinks stayed empty, she came to refill them but never refilled my drink, I had to walk up to her with my cup and ask her for a refill. Wouldn’t recommend party’s here.

This place is an amazing place to eat. From the time we got there till we left we were attended to with great care. I took several older people with me and they were treated well and accommodated every way they needed. The chef was amazing. He was funny yet did a great job. There was ample food for us to eat all we wanted and bring plenty home. I highly recommend this place.

Attended a huge sweet 13 Birthday party here last evening, had the entire back room filled. Service was A++, never even had to ask for drink refills as service was on top of it. With so many in attendance not even a hiccup that I could see. Everything was excellent, delicious meal. Have been here many times and always satisfied. Thank you for getting it RIGHT!

We love this restaurant so much. Top quality food and service at a higher but decent price for the value you receive. The atmosphere is amazing and the service is top notch for your dime. The live hibachi is always fun, watching the awesome cooks prepare your food with perfection, while providing a truly original experience. The food is absolutely delicious and so fresh. We always get the steak and chicken combination, but they offer a beautiful salmon or scallops and shrimp combinations or entrée. So the standard Hibachi meal comes with a delicious mushroom soup and a side salad and 2 appetizer shrimp and of course whatever entrée or combination you chose and of course your drink which is always filled by the amazing staff. For 2 people your looking at around $70 to $80 not including tip. It may sound like a lot, especially with the current greedy price hikes we deal with now on a daily basis. My partner and I are blue collar workers, and we treat ourselves once or twice a month here. It can be pricey, but its well worth it. They really strive to make your experience very special. Everytime we have doggy boxes as well, because they give you so much value for your hard earned money. Please tip if you do go, they split the tips between the servers and cooks, so please tip. In closing Fire & Sticks is a very special treat for us once or twice a month. Its well worth a try, you won’t be disappointed. Also definitely try the white sauce when they offer it, its amazing. Also make sure to call ahead and get a reservation. God bless.

Japanese steak house is all about the show and having fun. That being said, our cook barely spoke the entire time AND never smiled.
Our waitress was very competent and probably saved rhe day.
The food was a mixed bag. Myne was good. My filet was tender and juicy and everything else was well seasoned. The “ribeyes” that my wife and friend got were less than a 1/2″ thick and overcooked after they asked for medium rare. No pink at all. Portions were generous. I ate leftovers and they were good.
Overall not a awful experience, but for the price of a Japanese steak house I know of much better options in the Greensboro/Winston Sqlem area.

Hands down, this place was awesome! Our chef was funny and engaging. The foods and sauces were amazing! They kept our drinks flowing and we had more than enough to eat. No one forces you to take what you don’t want to eat. Everyone gets the same starters, you pick your entree. Even if you don’t like soup, just try a bite, it was really good. Reservations are a must.

Got into a heated political discussion with the bartender after he stuck his nose in our conversation that was none of his business, rice was horrible, 20% gratuity was tacked on after cook spilled drink all over us. Also, the waitress had the audacity to ask us if we spilled the drink or if the cook spilled it as if it mattered.
It was an absolutely terrible experience all the way around and we will not be back.

Make your reservations because otherwise you might have to wait a while due to staff shortage.
This was a great experience. The food was not what i expected but watching the chef cook was really entertaining.
We order scallops, salmon and shrimp, and Vegetable tempura as an appetizer.
They serve soup and salad. Salad was drenched in dressing.
The restaurant was nice and clean. A few waiting benches as you enter. The employees were all nice and friendly.
