Place is nothing short of amazing for a fast food burger joint. I think some of the other 3 star reviews are unfair. I ordered the Kentucky Gentleman’s burger. #1. It was probably the best fast food burger I have ever had. It’s hard to top the cookout which was always my go to, but this place for sure does it. Price was under 10$ for the combo including tax. It was the double burger, single would have been under 8$. Place was immaculately clean and the service was on point. Great job Fire Grill team, you have a new customer.

We were skeptical to try Fire Grill out.
There were some bad reviews a while back, and a usually empty parking lot led us to believe that something was lacking.
It was NOT.
Fire Grill was excellent. A clean restaurant, a friendly and attentive staff, delicious food, prompt service, and an overall fair price for the product… it was a hit for us!
We really enjoyed the new ice cream selections, my twister was full of toppings, and the hot fudge sundae was great.
I highly recommend the Philly, and onion rings!

Honestly the worst food I’ve had in a long time. The ingredients wasn’t fresh, for this to be a “fire grill” my burger looked like it was boiled or microwaved. The hashbrowns left some weird residue in my mouth. I’d been better off spending $25 on a jimmy dean meal. The lady at the counter was nice but that was about the only thing good here.

The burger was pretty good. I think the food, taste, and portion is fair considering the prices.
Came here during lunch and service wasn’t bad. Didn’t have to wait too long for my burger. I’d come here again for lunch. Not sure why it’s rated so low but I think this spot is pretty solid.

Pretty clean fast food place. Your food is ready surprisingly quick and is better than most fast food places. Would suggest a Hi or Welcome from the cashier however, instead of just a stare

The food is always fresh, hot and fast. Staff is friendly. You may wait a bit in the drivethru (5-10 minutes) but your food is made to order and never cold. Can’t beat that compared to other fast food locally.

The price for this food was not worth it nor the drive to pick it up. My husband ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and it didn’t even have mushrooms on it! Just a load of cheese “sauce”. My Philly I ordered the onions weren’t even caramelized, and it’s like they took a burger patty and chopped it up. Do yourself a favor and just go to Aspen street grill. They never disappoint.

Haven’t been but looking at the reviews I probably never will. Owners seem to be responding to reviews, noticed their customer service skills are very poor. You aren’t really an established brand and there’s plenty of better options in Lincolnton..the produce is cut fresh daily? Bro your lettuce looks brown..go to Homeplace, Aspen St grill. Randalls or BBQ king if you want a good burger…you could probably microwave a hotdog and have a better meal based on the pictures I’ve seen from this place. Church’s chicken didn’t last here, honestly can’t wait to see what they turn this into next because it won’t be around by next year

I don’t know how they pay the overhead. I was the only customer. I had great hopes. Expected it would be like a Backyard Burgers but it wasn’t. Better than McDonald’s worse than Wendy’s. I ordered bacon cheeseburger and the cheese was the liquid kind like movie theaters put on nachos. The onion rings were good. Nice young lady working the register. At least it was clean.
