It’s so good! Definitely the best or one of the best Italian restaurants in Rochester. We went for lunch and arrived sharply at 11AM to make sure we got a table. For lunch you order at the counter and then they bring the food out when ready. Loved the drink selection. Nice cocktails with ashwagana, nice Italian seltzers, San Pellegrino – much better than just Coke, etc. We got the cacio e pepe, breakfast pizza special, and the eggplant sandwich. I was impressed with the vegetarian food selection available. The pizza crust is nice light, fluffy, but thin. The sandwich was excellent, I got added provolone cheese. The cacio e pepe was not my favorite. A bit watery, when I am accustomed to the sauce being creamy vs watery. The portions were all big, we had to take some home. The staff is friendly, the decor artistic, and the vibe chill, with good music playing. I will be back.

We were greeted with the friendliest and most welcoming smile from Chris. Our phenomenal waiter Eli made sure We knew all the specials and was so attentive. Alex also made sure our table was cleared and we were stocked on drinks at all times.
The chicken cutlets and eggplant were DELICIOUS! The ingredients and the entire meal Absolutely mind blowing! 10 out of 10. Great atmosphere and must try!

This place is incredible!! Second time here and every bit as incredible as the first. Had the olives, gnocchi, spaghetti with house made meatballs, pizza, and countless cappelletti spritzes. From start to finish this place delivers! Our server went above and beyond for my mother in law’s birthday and she had the best time. So happy this place exists and can’t wait to be back!!

One of the best Italian places in roc! Love it here for a quick cutlet for lunch or dinner. Definitely recommend a reservation and keep in mind it is extremely loud in there. Vibes are great with tables close together (kind of NYC style) but it’s very loud due to that.

Recommended dishes:
Chicken cutlet
Cacio e pepe
French fries

The stracciatella soup was very good! The risotto was not as “fall” tasting as I thought but was still very good.

Fiorella is hands down my favorite Italian restaurant in Rochester. I’ve been dozens of times for both lunch and dinner, and it never misses. I especially love that they offer a lunch menu with smaller portions, plus it’s usually easier to get a table.

My must-orders are the cacio e pepe, the chicken cutlet, and the pizza. Go with a few friends so you can share and sample a bunch of the menu—it’s perfect for a girls’ night, but just as great for a romantic dinner.

I was craving a real Italian deli sandwich, not some coldcut behemoth from DiBella’s that costs like $40, but a real actual sandwich.

I wanted roast pork (or a chicken cutlet, god what I would do for a proper cutlet and broccoli rabe up here) with broccoli rabe/greens and extra sharp provolone on it, and you know what? This is the only place I could find in the Rochester area that is actually making it.

It’s slightly smaller that I had hoped, and they didn’t overload it with greens like they do in Jersey, but it still tastes incredible.

It’s a slice of home, and I’m glad I ordered a second one for tomorrow.

Cozy restaurant in the Rochester Public Market with a menu with the perfect number of delicious offerings. Everything is homemade…pasta, sauce, bread, gelato, and most of their desserts. are all homemade. The service is outstanding too.

The restaurant is a Rochester gem. It’s small and intimate. I had the cacio e pepe which was the best I have had in Rochester. My husband had the sausage and grits which he really enjoyed.

Yum!
My family visited the area from South Carolina this past weekend.
We did not have a reservation and chose to sit at the full service bar. Ellen took great care of us and made sure we understood the menu and heard about the specials before ordering. We had one of the appetizer specials (can’t remember the name), Caprese salad, a margarita pizza and the lemon ricotta cookies for dessert. Those are the best cookies I have ever had! To anyone trying this place for the first time, their menu items change with the seasons so everything in an online review may not be available. I was disappointed to not see the mushroom pizza on the menu but completely forgot about it the second I took a bite of their specials!! Thank you, Ellen for being kind to us and making our experience wonderful!
