I have been coming here and ordering the same thing for quite awhile. I am pretty consistent with my request aswell for ahi tuna instead of spicy tuna and I pay the extra 2.75$ for it. However, when I got home and started eating it, I realized there was only spicy tuna, so I called the place and the same gentleman that gave me my order picked up and said that ahi was in there as well, even though it wasn’t. The gentleman I spoke with didn’t even read my requests correctly when he read it back to me over the phone and I tipped him 10$!! Like what. Why am I even paying 18$ for something I didn’t order and then being told I didn’t write something I did. Most of the time it’s good quality aswell even when I order late at night but tonight the tempura shrimp was old and tough and the eggrolls were hard and inedible.

I ordered from DoorDash and I received nothing of what I had ordered for my build my own Ramen. It’s really disappointing to have double mushrooms and not even receive any mushrooms. I also didn’t get any green onions in there, and I received a bunch of red cabbage, which I didn’t even put in the order. they claimed they had seasoned eggs and all I got was a medium boiled one with no seasoning on it. It wasn’t even a marinated egg so it was super bland.

Nice new spot, not busy at 1:30pm. I got the Paitan Chicken Ramen to go. Broth was good, chicken was well-seasoned (and they gave me a lot of it!), and the egg was nice for a bit of added protein/fat/filler (it was soft-boiled). I asked for no green onion. The noddles were just okay, they didn’t taste that great and you could tell they had pre-portioned them out and had the bowl sitting in the fridge for awhile. Would prefer fresh, or to have them throw the noddles in hot water for a couple minutes before putting them in the container. Planning to go back and try their other stuff at some point.

This food is not made with any love. Sure it’s properly cooked, but there is no flavor. I ordered the most flavorful Ramen I could find on the menu and already feel ready to quit eating it halfway through the bowl because it’s just so incredibly boring. I’ve had better $2.50 Ramen packets from the grocery store. Honestly this pork Tonkastu was like someone made a bowl of Ramen and then magically removed all the flavor. I genuinely don’t understand how they achieved such a flavorless Ramen. It’s just a bowl of textures, not tastes. The tempura shrimp I got was completely soft and limp, not crispy at all. I very rarely leave reviews so when I leave a negative one, it’s for a good reason. The food here is only meant to keep you from starving. It is not meant to make your taste buds happy. Unless you have Covid and can’t taste anything anyway, I’d steer clear of this place.
