BBH was a solid 8. Good enough to recommend if asked. Broth was piping hot, seriously be careful. Flavor had a kick already and didn’t need more spice for me. Protein toppings were generous. Veggies were fresh. I wasn’t a fan of the gio lua bc of the black pepper and having some whole peppercorn in it. The Bo Ne was a big fat zero – because they didn’t have it even tho the business posted a menu with a decent variety of items just 2 months ago. The only menu offered was the table card. Visited on a Monday lunch shift. Service was friendly and attentive. Crowd was minimal.

We went out for lunch on a Saturday and we got a table very quickly. Bun Bo Hue is what we are interested in and it has an impressive flavor. The broth is amazing and bún (the noodle) is at our mpst favorite texture, soft and bouncy. Moreover, the waitress is attentive. I do wish there would be an another one to help her in the front.

Came in on a Monday evening. The food is average according to my taste. But the floor is dirty, the tables are dirty, condiments: sate, mắm tôm were empty, annoying flies circling my table. Could definitely use a cleanup. I feel like the AC were running at 78°, it was pretty warm.

My wife and I wanted to try a new Bun Bo Hue place and Bún Bò Huế Kasim did not disappoint. Our portions were generous, the broth was flavorful and not too strong. The amount of meat was just right.
Customer service was good, the staff were friendly, they made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us every now and then.
The tables, chairs and utensils were clean. The place is a little warm tho.
This restaurant just became our new favorite place for bun bo Hue and we’ll definitely come back so I can try their Mi Quang.

My wife and I both ordered bun bo hue. Portion size is pretty good. The broth and meat was amazing. Wife is normally pretty picky with her food but she finished everything. 10/10. Will definitely come back

Bun Bo Hue is very good, but they should have 2 different sizes. Large size is too much for my wife to eat. I ate My Quang which is also very good. The main reason we walked in here because i wanted to support Kasim’s place. The food turned out very good, so we’ll come back for more

I was excited to try this place after hearing they offered three different bowl sizes for their Bún Bò Huế, with an “extra large” option advertised as their largest. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all. When we arrived, we were told there was only one size available—what they called a large, but in reality, it was more like a medium compared to the standard bowl size at the original Bún Bò Huế Đức Chương.
Despite the red flag, I decided to give it a try. That turned out to be a mistake. The bowl was disappointingly small, with just a few pieces of meat, and the broth didn’t even fill the bowl halfway. On top of that, the flavor was completely off—it tasted oddly sweet, more like a dessert soup than the rich, savory Bún Bò Huế I was expecting.
Overall, it felt like a letdown in both portion and flavor, and definitely not what they advertise. I won’t be coming back.

The best authetic & real bun bo hue! The workers were very nice & friendly felt a lot like home! Food was fairly cheap only $110 for a family of 7 and great flavours! Come support small viet family owned businesses!
