Unfortunately, not the experience it was hyped up to be. Looking past the Christmas and video game music that was playing, for me it was how the server handled the cold steak I received. The other two guests that were with me had a perfect plate. My ribeye looked like breakfast ham and curled up a lot on the sides. I will agree that appearances don’t make the steak, so I overlooked that, but when the steak wasn’t even room temperature, I politely asked the server to take it back. She did take it back and apparently, they either tried to microwave it or re heat it up. Now, I am no chef, and apparently, they don’t have one either, but I do know you cant re heat a medium well steak and expect to keep the same consistency as a medium well steak should be. When I pointed this out to the server, she politely asked me what I would like done. I said, I would like the 55-dollar steak that I ordered please. Seems reasonable, right? The good news is that the second one that came out was perfect, but the issue is that we waited nearly an hour total for me to be able to eat. The cherry on the top for me was that there was never any type of apology, discount offer, free desert, or anything. The total bill was around 140 for us 3 which I expected and I even ( although I should not have) tipped the server 30 dollars.

Not many people there on a Saturday night, but I was given a free comped meal, so I decided to try. Excellent staff,. The food was delicious, If you are to pay out of pocket for your evening, it is kind of pricey, but that’s why most of the items are priced higher because casinos give complimentary dinners to card holders that get rated on table games play or slots players, and for some reason, I’m not sure if it’s for they’re right tax write off. or ability to flex your receipt on your social media page . Definitely a hundy and a half for 1 couple, and that is quoted without alcohol beverages included.

We were greeted and sat quickly on a Saturday night. Although the service was amazing the food was not. We ordered Lamb Kefta for the appetizer and it tasted weird. My stomach hurt so bad after I ate it. For my main dish I ordered the sea bass. It was very bland. We just left without finishing our food and went to another restaurant. Lisa our server was great and so was the Manager. The best thing was the wine that I ordered.

We had yet another AMAZING dinner at Final Cut Steakhouse tonight and are so glad they’re open again! The Manager Jason is the best and has truly transformed the restaurant. The quality of food, the taste is better than ever was in the past. Our filets and prime rib were so tender and delicious. Lisa took care of us and she’s attentive, kind and an all around great server. Kudos to the chef as well of course. We will be back…often! If you haven’t been to Final Cut or haven’t been in awhile, try it! You will be very happy!

Great tasting food, though two of six dishes were slightly overcooked. The salad was excellent and the waiter was wonderful. They were very busy so we had to wait over an hour for our food even though we had made a reservation. We were compensated, however, with a generous discount, and that made it better. All in all, it was a great place with good food, wonderful service and a lovely ambiance. We will definitely go back.

Steak was incredible with the lobster tail added on but Jason really made this experience worthy! From his incredible expertise of wine and locations we should explore to his incredible music playslist he made the whole trip worthwhile. Food and ambiance was worth the money but Jason took the cake in our opinion. 100% recommend.

The service was awful the waitress was nice and friendly but ñot attentive to our needs the food was horrible, too much fat on my prime rib my husband meal was late arriving ñot complete and the waitress never checked back she offered a 20percent discount and received 12 We will never go back, my birthday dinner was ruined!!

My husband and I dined here for our anniversary. Jason the manager,the host and waiter were amazing. Our waiter suggested a wine that we bought the entire bottle! The food was amazing!!!! It has been a long time since from beginning to end the service was this awesome!! Thank you Jason to you and your staff. The chefs!! were amazing. Happy New Year
