We had a private party to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom. The room was beautiful and our server David took great care of our party. On March 8 2026 we celebrated my husbands 90th birthday. Fillipas gave us more than we expected. A nice room of our own. The service was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious. There were 13 of us & not one complaint. Workers were polite & gracious. Alicia our waitress was excellent. And most of all Adana who arranged it & ur hostess was lovely & sweet. My first time at Filippas. All I have to say is WOW. I wish we had a location in Chicago. I had the best night ever. My cousins and I, sat outside in their garden. It was beautiful, and magical. The food was outstanding, and very tasty. One of the best Chicken Parmesan I’ve ever tasted. Let’s talk night life. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN. Everyone danced, sang, and had a great time. It was a full house, and the vibe is just right.

We just had my daughter’s bridal yesterday Feb 7th, 2026…I was not disappointed. Everything and everyone was absolutely amazing. We had Nick and Christine assisting us throughout our event and I was so impressed on how attentive they were. Asida (not sure the spelling of her name) was my main point of contact when planning began. Love her! Everything was easy and came together perfectly. We had one guest that was gluten free and they were able to prepare a meal on the fly for her. Incredible, professional, and absolutely delicious. The ambience was top notch ( we were in “the Lounge” area). I highly recommend for your next event. Thank you Nick and Christine for all your help and attentiveness towards my guests. 10+ stars!!!

Filippa’s Restaurant is such a gem! ✨ The vibe is beautiful, the service is top tier, and the food was honestly SO good-fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. Definitely one of my favorite spots and I highly recommend it! The music is always awesome, the energy is amazing, and it’s honestly one of the most fun places in Michigan. Such a great spot to eat, dance, and have the best time!

It was rather interesting! I mean besides the cool atmosphere and very great employees that had fantastic attitudes might I add. It wasn’t like above and beyond. Except I really did enjoy the fetta alfredo. But it was all around a cool atmosphere. Highly priced obviously due to the fancier atmosphere as well as food. But the desert creme Brule, outstanding! The chocolate cake was my favorite due to the very saturated chocolate. The cheesecake was insanely good too. From what I heard the drink was very strong and not that pleasant to finish. However you may have to just have a certain taste to fathom the drink. But very well done with the employees!

Hosted my birthday there and the staff were incredible! It was during a live entertainment night with DJ Laith, Zeffet Joseph and Humam Mansour singing. We all had a blast! Staff was very accommodating. Aceda was wonderful to work with before the event and Bruna and Tony, who were our servers for the event, were attentive and warm and friendly. Highly recommend for your next event!

This use to be one our favorite places. After covid it has definitely gone down hill. Prices have gone way up, service wasn’t great and the ambiance definitely has deteriorated. Plastic chairs and wobbly tables, instead of the rounded booths and romantic lighting we loved so mich. Feels like a dining hall now. Sadly we won’t be back.
