Every time I dine here the lady (I think manager) is quite rude to us. She heard my 6yro say that she needs to use the restroom and the lady told another employee to hurry & go put the bathroom closed signs up. I asked her if my child can use it and she said no. So we’re waiting for our food and a Hispanic family comes in and ask to use the restroom and she let em. They also got their food before us (I’m aware that certain orders take longer) but our food was just sitting there on the back counter. I had to ask for our food but not until I was completely ignored as I was standing by the register for 5 mins watching our food get cold. I also ordered guacamole inside my child’s burrito and there wasn’t any in it so here I go back up to the counter to ask the rude lady for some guac after waiting another 5mins being completely ignored and yes she saw me but was too busy chatting with the employee that runs the drive thru that had no customers. When she finally asked me what I wanted in a way of disgust, I asked her for some guac in a very kind way and she argued with me saying that its in it so I opened up the burrito to show her it wasn’t. Even the cooks agreed with me that they forgot so they walked around the counter to personally give me a large container of guacamole and apologized for the lady’s rudeness. Definitely not dining there again. Even my 6yro asked why they didn’t like us but really liked the Hispanic family.

I stopped at this location for a breakfast burrito. It was good, large, and filling. I got the green sauce, which was also good, but the plastic cup holding the sauce was too thin, and when putting the lid back on it, the thin plastic collapsed.
I hope they buy thicker better sauce cups, no one wants to wear green sauce on their clothes or spill it with the flimsy cheap cups they use.
Until this is fixed, be extra careful and grab more napkins.
I’d also like to say that breakfast burritos should not cost this much. The greed, not just here but every place is out of control.

After a conversation with the lady about burritos…I ordered a country burrito add carne asada which would be $13 and change before tax.She charged me for a steak burrito add potatoes with was $16 and change before tax. Shocked at the $17 bill i asked clarifying questions and she was visibly irritated with me with a little huff and went to speak with the team. Said they will give it to me “this time” I said ok but how do I get what I want next time she just looked at me weirdly. Then as she handed me the bag I asked for green sauce she said theres green sauce in there I said only want green sauce because I knew they put 1 red and 1 green in the bag.. she grabbed the bag back in a huff And changed it out. I was literally the only person in drive through while other restaurants had many people so to be treated like I was being inconvenient and after being overcharged has convinced me to just make breakfast at home. Plus this burrito was bland compared to the one off Miller I typically go to.

Food was okay, but some of the rudest people I’ve ever met, so disrespectful. I understand what it’s like working fast food so I’m very understanding. Though the way they talked to me and my girlfriend. One woman was mad because of miscommunication through the speaker and the older lady comes out and hands out the bag and pulls it back and says “next time, you need to be louder and know what you want” never once have I dealt with people who are so bitter with having to do their job

Been coming here for more than three years and I’m the past few months on a weekly basis. This specific day there were about six people behind us that got their order way before us. Not cool.
Now I’m reading through all the reviews and two every the reviews is one star. I always noticed the drive thru was garbage but assumed it was because we showed up late and they were tired but apparently not. I guess that’s it for us.

Terrible experience.
I was extremely disappointed with the service. The place was messy, it took a long time just to be greeted, and I didn’t receive the Jamaica I ordered. When I tried to ask about it, I was ignored.
When our food was ready, it was simply placed on the counter without a word. Another employee had to step in to help us. Overall, it felt unwelcoming and careless.

Drive thru that unfortunately works there at night is in need of some type of self-help. We thought she was having a bad night the first time we went to the drive thru but nope! That’s who she is all the times we’ve ordered food, you are there to purchase food, not to have to put up with a stank face and a worst attitude, reading some of the reviews, we are not the only ones! Fortunately for us Federicos Mexican Food is across the street. We won’t be coming back to this place.

Don’t Usually Leave Negative Reviews Especially Without Something Positive Noted But In this Case… Nothing Positive From This Location Unfortunately!
Workers That Make You feel Like You’re Bothering Them, Add cheese To a TACO its 2.50 (if i took cheese off would you take 2.50 off… never ) & To Top it off If You Want the Yummy Salsa Plan on parking and going in to Get it Yourself!

By far the laziest crew I’ve ever seen in my life. Bathroom is always in use which tells me they refuse to clean it so they don’t allow customers to use it by lying in saying that someone’s in there. I frequent here as a delivery driver and there’s always someone in the bathroom. Gotta be illegal. But I will say, they do have a very nice, helpful and mindful employee named Jenny! She’s the ONLY one in the entire restaurant who I like!
