Unfortunately, I think this photo sums my review. I’ve had similar experiences at this chipotle before with half filled guac containers, half filled burrito bowls, and items missing ordered ingredients. I suppose it’s my fault for thinking employees are capable of fulfilling orders correctly and with adequate serving sizes when ordering online?

Ordered two bowls. One chicken el pastor and one chicken. There’s very little regular chicken on the el pastor bowl, there’s no queso or fajita veggies either. There’s no chicken at all on the other bowl. Very disappointing as I brought this home to have lunch with my husband during the week which never happens with our schedules. Won’t be back. Waste of $25

This chipotle was not unlike any other Chipotle. It always bothers me that I pay so much for so little meat and a double portion isn’t much more meat but is much more expensive. This chipotle has very friendly employees and the service was very fast.

Not sure if it the the time of day, or a shift change. But there was total lack of coordination. Was picking up a drive thru online order, was five minutes early for pickup, and they were still ten minutes late from pickup time. I only ordered a small meal. Good food for what it costs, but the holdup made it look like I was ordering a meal for the entire family.

As a chipotle customer for 20+ years, this is by FAR the best Chipotle I have been to throughout the entire country. The staff is always phenomenal and the service is great. The food is always fresh and the serving areas are always kept clean! I can’t say enough about this location. I come to eat here at least twice a week, even though there is another location closer to my house. An outstanding crew that knows my order and an outstanding manager who is always cool! Thanks to the whole staff here for making THIS Chipotle the BEST Chipotle!

So disappointed. ONE ordered a Salad bowl w/fajita veggies. I get back to work to have a TEASPOON of dressing in the cup and the fajita veggies….NOT COOKED AT ALL, COMPLETELY RAW. And this bowl cost me $15.06 + $3.00 tip! $18.06 for a very under par and undesirable lunch!
