I ordered nachos and they didn’t feel it up and the cook came out and I said I wanted sour cream on top and he took the nachos and took a Fork and started going thru the nachos and said look there is sour cream in it and the girl that worked there thought it was Funny too

I ordered a breakfast burrito last week asked for extra bacon and extra cheese and didnt recieve it but I didnt complain. So today I go in ask for the same thing and let them know last time I didnt get extra in my burrito and would appreciate if they made it right this time in the most polite way possible. I got my burrito the cheese not melted at all the eggs were gooey and uncooked and it was just slapped together. What kind of nasty person would do that to their customer.

My experience this morning was very unfortunate! We have been buying food from this location for 5 years. Love the owners but I couldn’t understand why the ladies hung up the phone. It’s great for businesses to take constructive criticism!! I called to make a suggestion told them I was calling as a suggestion on the quality of the burrito. I ordered a papa, chorizo, and egg breakfast burrito. Paid 24.89 for two, seems rather pricey for drive through window. I have to say I had to throw it out. The chorizo over powered the egg, actually minimal egg to be found. Potato had the black spots not throughly cleaned, the burrito was dripping oil. No bueno!!
I called back the ladies to give them a suggestion, not to get a refund. The lady yelled at me that she didn’t care about the quality of the chorizo it’s what the owner buys. I tried to be very humble and kind about my approach how I was talking to them. I like the place!
She was very rude in her tone and abruptly hung up on me. Made me sad, but oh well one less place I’ll be buying Mexican food from in FH, Az.

Food was good ladies up front horrible. There was no salsa up front. I literally had to yell like 5 or 6 times in order to get there attention because they were on there phones in the back. Then one of them put music on and was singing and rapping the whole song. I will definitely not be coming back.

Major inconsistencies with the service provided at this location. Combo prices include the food AND a drink. If your location does not offer the food and the drink, they are ripping you off.
While the food is good, the portions are HALF the size of other locations.
I spoke with the woman in charge and she states that all Filiberto’s are different… no, they are a franchise, therefore all menu item should be the same. Prices do vary per location but not great portions or items included in the price.
The only solution was to search online for the filiberto’s 1 800 number and make a complaint there…
I am an avid fan of Filiberto’s, but this location has sour their experience by their laid back attitude.

My initial review was 2 stars to the inconsistencies of the menu items, but I LOWERED the rating to 1 star.
This has to be by far the worse Filiberto’s I have ever eaten at. Such a shame, the franchise is usually 4 to 5 stars but this location is subpar with the food portions.

The worst food ever. I ordered a chimi plate. It comes with a chimi, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, refried beans, rice. The chimi was soft and disgusting by the time I drove 3 minutes to home. They put some sort of yellow cheese inside. There was very little shredded beef inside, only 2 tablespoons if shredded lettuce. I asked for extra pico and got no pico. The very worst chimi I have ever had. Not going back. Oh and it cost almost $17.00!

Spent $20+ on lunch for two and there was a long hair in the taco… both burrito and taco did not look appetizing. I let them know and we didn’t eat a bite. They don’t offer a refund. I will not be back.

Picked up two burritos on my way home today. Very disappointed. My country burrito was mostly potatoes with very little egg and cheese and my husband’s schredded beef burrito was mostly peppers and onions with very little beef. $22 Will never eat here again. Waste of money.
