I would have given a 5 based on the past few years of getting my order correct but the last two times we went there the bagels tasted a week old. To hard to chew or swallow. Something changed.

Drive through took so long no cars moved so we moved in the store the coffee had barely any coffee in it and was so sweet and sugary i like sweet and that was way ti much the donuts came out fast but the other stuff was so slow but other then that the food was good

I love this dunkin but I’m kind of disappointed. Twice now in the last few months I have gone before closing time and the lobby has been locked and/or no one answers at the drive thru. Google and the dunkin sit sayit closes at 7. No sign in the door or at drive thru saying otherwise.

My preferred DDs! The staff is wicked nice and fast. This is the only DD in a large range so it can get busy! But staff is always nice and they love seeing my pup.

Placed order on app, 25 minutes later this single coffee wasn’t ready. I had no more time to wait, asked for refund as the coffee hadn’t been made yet. Was told had to get refund on app which was a run around and still haven’t gotten refund. 25 minutes for a coffee is embarrassingz

A fine example of a DD. The presence of the touchscreen to order is confusing as a sign says you are supposed to use it, but then you can also order from the under-motivated cashier, which creates line confusion and delay. It’s not a bad spot, just slow by DD standards and ordering is too confusing for people who haven’t had their coffee yet.

I ordered a salted caramel brew. When I got it, did not have the burnt sugar on top. When I asked for it, woman said they have been out of it for 2 weeks and there is nothing she could do. I suggested that she should have mentioned it to me when I ordered. She shrugged her shoulders and moved on.

Last time I went, they messed up my coffee order. For the first time in my life I actually asked for this to be corrected. My goodness did they make me feel like the biggest inconvenience ever. They spent over 5 solid minutes talking inside about which worker messed it up and just kept going on and on about it all. When I was given the correct coffee, better believe they avoided complete eye contact or any words. Also time before that, found a long black hair in my food. Thanks but no thanks.
