I would not bother with this location, customer service is garbage, take the extra 10 minute drive to Power and Main location. I went through the drive thru at about 10pm, I was the only customer present, no-one else in drive thru or inside. I placed my order and paid and the guy working the window disappeared. After about 15 min I was looking inside and no-one was around but I can see my food on the counter and one worker way in the back of the kitchen and I could not find the guy working in the window, a few moments later another guy came walking over to the soda machine and I knocked on the glass door and he looked at me and walked off, completely ignored. after 5 min of knocking on the glass trying to get the two guys attention I drove around to the front and went inside to find the whole crew working way in the back and my food sitting on the counter, when I asked for my food all of them looked and treated me as if I was interrupting them, I asked why my food wasn’t given to me sooner and sat there for 20 min and they just ignored me and went back to work. I hope you boys are comfortable working in that place because that’s the only job you’ll ever have with that kind of attitude and work ethic.

Edit: this location was amazing when it opened. Sadly, it’s consistently gone down hill. They “don’t do” shredded chicken burritos anymore. Even if you order it that way. That was the best burrito ever so I’m pretty sad. I had to return my last one because all they do is chop up huge chunks of the chicken. SERIOUSLY, huge chunks (picture attached). Who does that? They have gotten our orders wrong in previous visits and forgot about us in the drive through last week.

This was my first time coming to this location, after reading other reviews, probably my last also. First, I repeated my small order three times because he was having difficulty getting it straight I guess…Two beef tacos, one quesadilla, side of sour cream, medium sprite and medium Dr. Pepper, nothing crazy. He repeated it to me correctly and I proceed to the window. Not sure what was going on with the single car in front of me but I waited several minutes, at least ten, no joke. Get to the window and pay. I look at the receipt and realize the soda isn’t on it, I ask she says she didn’t get it so she rings it up, I pay…. get home to eat and realize no sour cream, it’s also not on the receipt, so no biggie. But my tacos….literally there was next to no meat. So much lettuce and cheese that I could not even taste the little meat that was there. I promise I am not even exaggerating.

One of the nicer Filbertos I have been too. I love Filbertos food, just upset that they started freezing there hot sauce, so you can taste the freezer burn, and it’s watery now. Food is in point though.
