We wish to serve as a welcome gathering place for locals and neighbors alike. As is our duty to sustainable, farm to table dining, we source many of our ingredients from right here in the North Willamette Valley. We serve classic American comfort food executed with culinary expertise and Farmhouse flavor. Filberts pays homage to the ever-expanding Filbert (Hazelnut) industry by featuring them in many of our dishes and desserts. We offer heated outdoor seating and a large event space. What a wonderful find place for a delicious meal! The Black Manhattan was exceptional. The walnut bitters really added to the flavor of this cocktail which is my new favorite. I really enjoyed watching the bartender make a wide variety of cocktails. The stuffed mushrooms were filled with cheese, bacon and pesto sauce. They were delicious. My pan seared chicken was so unique and well prepared. The sauce was a pesto cream sauce and it was loaded with Kalmata olives, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes. The chicken was moist and the sauce unlike anything I have eaten. It was served on top of forbidden black rice. I want to try many items on the menu, but I loved my dish and it would be hard not to order it again. The bread pudding was an amazing desert. We arrived around 4:30 PM without a reservation. We were lucky and got the last table in front of the bar. I will definitely return. Our waiter was engaging and efficient.

Overheard someone at a restaurant saying Filberts had a amazing Cesar salad. We went there today and they had a special menu for Easter. I got the prime rib and it was cooked perfectly, tender and everything was super flavorful. My husband got the salmon and it was great. Definitely recommend this place. It is om the spendy side but worth every penny!

I had the stuffed mushrooms, I also had the Caesar salad with shrimp. My associate enjoyed the toasted cheese sandwich with tomato bisque soup. All of it was a Grandmother’s hug, richly prepared in a beautiful building with nice bathrooms. We followed that with the blueberry cheesecake, pictured. The price was reasonable, great job Filberts Farmhouse! We WILL be back…….

Not all their gf marked items are safe from cross contamination, but the waitress was kind and patient to help me find something what would work for me (a celiac). The salmon was delicious and the cranberry chutney was heavenly.

Manicotti was flavorless and small portion. Meatloaf sandwich was average at best. Service was good and atmosphere was good. Worth a visit but I can’t see how anyone could give this place 5 stars. It is worth a visit but food was not worth the prices. I would have given it 4 stars had the food been better or prices lower.

A mix-up with the reservations meant that we showed up on a day/time we weren’t expected. Having had to change the reservations twice to match my party’s evolving circumstances, I could see how it happened. Happily, our upset—due especially to it being an important, multigenerational family celebration with some members in ill health—was short-lived. The kind hostess looked for and found a way to accommodate us. Our heroic server was already completely maxed out but incredibly efficient. We could see she never wasted a movement, even with tables inside and out. It was a slow meal, which is just what the occasion called for (and we could hardly expect different under the circumstances), and I feel like we had EXCELLENT customer service all the way through. That extends to the kitchen and bar too: we LOVED our entrees, drinks, desserts, including a special order made to accommodate my dad. The elegant surroundings were everything I hoped for. It was a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE and I really am so grateful to all involved.
