Ordered online, coupon for free Cheesy bread. Jojo taters were slightly soggy but still very good. Forgot the ranch for it. Cheesy bread was okay. Deep dish Hawaiian and all meat were very good. Lots of toppings as well as cheese. Great value, plenty of leftovers.

I have never been more unsatisfied with service than tonight. I have been coming here for years and have always had good quality service. I asked for a thin crust, well done, as I always do, and I got regular crust not well done. I call to let them know of the error and the young lady I spoke to pretty much told me they would credit me $5 (corporate policy ) or remake the pizza and pick up in another hour after I already waited an hour. I asked for delivery and she proceeded to tell me it would be a $4 delivery charge. Seriously! I ask for a manager and the manager Taylor is unavailable.

Great food, employees are always kind and welcoming. Phones sometimes don’t work, have had trouble with them doing a busy tone then hanging up, but online ordering works great as well as going in-person. Delivery is good too.

Last week I ordered a giant Canadian Bacon and pineapple pizza with garlic creamy sauce. I brought it home and baked it. Upon taking it out of the oven the cardboard bent and the pizza slid off all over the oven door and the floor. So unfortunately for us we did not get pizza. So tonight I asked for extra cardboard to make it a little thicker and they refused me the cardboard. I am disappointed about the cardboard and I also want people to be careful when removing the pizza from the oven. I would not want anyone to get burned.

So disappointed. Pizzas were not made as ordered. Called to return the pizza and have it re-made but was offered a $5 credit because they were too busy to make what I ordered. Worst customer service I’ve ever received here in Estacada, and my family has been ordering from them for years. Please better train staff on customer service!
