This place is a brunch dream come true! The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite feels like comfort and joy. Whether you’re craving something sweet or savory, there’s something for everyone. The vibe is relaxed and fun, making it the perfect spot to catch up with friends over coffee (the huge late is a must), mimosas and great conversation. Definitely my go-to for a delicious brunch outing!

Figaro Bistrot has become one of my favorite institutions in Los Angeles. I’ve only been a handful of times, but each time, I’m always impressed. The staff, the atmosphere, the food quality… all superb.

My FAVORITE dish is the Prosciutto-Arugula Pizza. It’s really to die for. Some other favorites include the French Onion Soup, Goat Cheese Salad, Calamari (fried), and Burrata. Have also tried the Steamers, Escargot, and other amazing items. They DO have a happy hour, I forget the exact times and days, but be sure to check it out for some discounted dishes. Love their selection of wines and cocktails. And be sure to end your decadent feast with some Crème Brûlée. Can’t wait to get back here.

This place is so fun and good and has such an amazing happy hour from 4-8pm. Quality French food and you really feel the east LA vibes when you sit on the patio and enjoy a nice glass of wine and appetizer while watching the people and cars go by. Highly recommend going here on a date or even alone if you want a nice bite and drink.

Classy joint. Loved the service. I really enjoyed the vintage vibe of this place. It was a bit noisy and I wish the lounge area was open, especially because it was a Friday. Plenty of veggie options. Menu had more cuisines than just French. My recommendation, go on weekday, during a less busy hour, take your time, order an eclair and the French press, and enjoy. Quinoa salad and hummus were also good.

Love the dishes. House made pasta. Mussels Steamer. Beet salad. Escargots. Ham and sunny egg crepe. Bread with butter and olive oil. Blueberry cheese cake.
We also came back for coffee. It’s a nice place with nice hosts.
I guess the only thing can be better is that bread could be on the house. It’s a lunch time though. I would expect the dinner comes with bread.

Visiting from Boston MA. My friend lives near by and said she loves it and comes every week. I got a grilled chicken Caesar salad. We ordered the Garlic Truffle fries. She got the spinach quiche. Everything was so good and so fresh. We sat in the lounge side. Very very cute. Highly recommended.

Canele was delicious and only $3.00. Mille-feuille was $7.50 and bigger than others. When I go out for a meal next, I plan to have branch and definitely get another canele.

I have come here many many time but today I finally decided to try something new (I usually get the mussels which are great). Today I decided to get the duck confit. As someone who enjoys duck and been to France and knows its supposed to be crispy and tender, this was the worse ever duck dish I have ever had. The duck was so overcooked it was like jerky. The skin was white not crispy but was as if it was boiled duck. I explained to the waiter this wasn’t edible he said “I ate majority of it” I said I ate a few bites the rest is me trying to find an edible piece without boils fat but the meat was so hard to pull off the bone. He said if I wanted to change the dish that he would have to pay for it? I said no that’s not happening, please bring your manager. He says he is the manager. I find that hard to believe. He finally said he would replace the meal and I asked for the seafood pasta which is exactly what my friend ordered. I’ve work in restaurants all over the world, I never return food but the duck was horrible and this dinner was planned weeks in advance. Unfortunately this review was unplanned and I don’t have photos of the duck but it was yellow, boiled fat and over braised meat but you can see the seafood pasta I got. The empty plate was all the oil from my replacement dish. My friend had the same dish, hers had a normal amount of oil, my dish had 1/2 cup of oil but see for yourself.
** Note to guests, the chef retaliates if you think something isn’t good. Return the food but don’t ask for anything else, clearly!

Hollywood classic. Come here for: great food, strong espresso, convo with friends or just been seen from the right angle by the right people. The staff could not be more kind, truly concerned with creating beautiful food and atmosphere. LA culinary culture at its finest!
