Wrong order with none of the requested sauces included. I ordered a beef and cheddar meal and received a nasty Buffalo chicken sandwich instead. I can’t eat Buffalo chicken and even if I did I would not want to. $22 in food plus another $10 in fees and tip. What a waste. Get it together Arby’s!

The shake tasted like just milk and was melted the sandwiches were cold the buns were brick hard the bacon was hard and reheated the bbq chicken was hard and was not edible at all this arbys location was just horrible all the food was trash and tasted really bad and old definitely wouldn’t recommend this location

Tried the new Americana sandwich, it was ok. I would not drive out my way to get it again. The manager voice carried onto the dining room floor as it seemed she was upset with one of her employees. All you could here was her ranting, not a pleasant dining experience.

I use door dash since I don’t have a car. Their orange shakes are bangin! Mozerella sticks are yummy and so are their turnovers…BUT they always give me apple when I order cherry. If I wanted apple don’t you think id order it?? If your employees can’t tell the difference then shouldn’t be working there or they should ask to make sure!!

This Arby’s location has become my new home for my weekly craving for roast beef. The staff has discovered my liking for french dips with au jus sauce. I have visited this restaurant 4x now and thought the orders have worked out the kinks but unfortunately, I have experienced issues two times where I ordered double beef cheddar sandwiches and they keep skimping on the roast beef. Fortunately, the manager, Chris got involved and corrected the order immediately on my most recent visit. I hope this doesn’t happen again.

Great customer service they make the food pretty fast but it’s not super fast so you know it’s actually made good and the new fish sandwich is amazing they give you coupons and everybody there is cool.

The 2nd worst experience at this Arby’s. The first time I found hair in my food which was a total turn off took me a year to go back and only because it’s the closest Arby’s to me. So I saw the new prime rib cheese steak, so I decided to give it a try and I was so disappointed. The picture will answer why. Seeing how it was supposed to have roasted papers and look like prime rib. This was the roast beef on a long roll with onions and cheese. THE WORST!! Plus my whole meal was almost 12 dollars. Too much to be disappointed.

AS SOON AS THEY HANDED ME THE BAG IT SMELLED SO GOOD WHEN I GOT IN THE CAR TO CHECK IT I WAS HAPPY. IT DIDNT MAKE IT HOME. IT WAS PRETTY GOOD. I WANT TO THANK THE STAFF FOR BEING CURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESDIONAL THEY MADE ME GIVE THEM THE 4 STARS.

Place needs a little more help and more friendly associates and what happen to the microphones from back in the day. But the cashier was sick and someone should have sent her home because she was not feeling good that day and understandable to why she didn’t great us or smile or have any energy! So the manager is who I blame for that. The manager should have sent her home. She was coughing and touching everything and did not wash her hands at all. But the napkins was out, the area with sauces was a mess and waited a good 5min for our food . My fries was lukewarm and was missing a fry so my friend got the missing fry and it was piping hot. My cheese on my Ruben did not taste too fresh and my bread was not toasted and my supposedto hot sandwich was cold. Haven’t been to this site since early 2000s and I see why. Never coming back but I do like Arby’s food over all. Didn’t want to go and complain and wait longer so I ate what I could and went home and warmed it up in my microwave.
