This place was such a gem to find! We are from Canada and always look for hidden gems. The coffee was on point we had the caramel cloud. I had the eggs florentine and my husband had the 3 little pigs. We also had the seven layer bar (to die for) the bagels were filling and absolutely delicious. Thank you!

I love 5th street and went to their 5th street location a lot over the years. I was excited when they opened in chubbuck. The food is great and just as good as 5th street location, however, service is severely lacking. There are 5+ employees standing around at any moment either looking like they dont know what they are supposed to do or they are on their phones. It gives off the vibe that im interrupting them and that they dont really want me there which is a bummer because I love spending my money there and enjoying their bagels.
The 5th street location is fast paced and seems to run smoothly which is the exact opposite of the new location. There are not nearly as many customers in the new location, but they take twice as much time to make your order and then they seem to not know which order goes to which customer so the entire process is bogged down.
I truly want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has been a regular occurrence when I have went to this location multiple times over the last 9+ months.

This place iss as good as good as 5th street. Everyone was nice and very helpful because I couldn’t decide on a cream cheese for a certain bagel. The gal just kept giving samples til I found the right one. The weren’t busy so she could take the time. But one thi. When you walk in they guide you over to the end of the counter to pick your bagels. Not good. You can’t see the bagels very well from there. You need to be in front of the counter. Just a suggestion. I guess there is a sign hanging there to look at, but I want to see the bagels like at 5th street. Otherwise all was good.

So glad they are in Chubbuck! Visited opening week and got a free soda with my sandwich. Tasty and fresh food. Nice location. It was semi busy but my order was taken almost immediately and I didn’t have to wait over 2 minutes to receive my food.

I come here all the time with my kids and it’s always such a great experience. The customer service is truly top-notch. Everyone is so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The staff always take the time to ask about any allergies or dietary preferences, which really puts my mind at ease. There are so many kid-friendly options on the menu, and even a gluten-free bagel that actually tastes amazing! The food always comes out fresh, fast, and delicious, and the prices are super reasonable. Honestly, it’s WAY better than Einstein Bros. This is hands down the best bagel shop in all of Idaho. Highly recommend for parents, picky eaters, and anyone looking for a quick lunch spot.

Super cute and clean but the 3 young ladies working there this morning made me feel invisible. I’d think it’s common courtesy to greet customers when they come in. After making my initial order I went to the register to buy another bagel spread as I stood there watching all 3 workers ignore my presence at the register. I feel like if it wasn’t for another customer coming in behind me, I would’ve been ignored longer. It was disappointing since the other location is so welcoming.

Love this place. Great sandwiches. My favorites are the 3 Little Pigs on a blueberry bagel and the California Club on a toasted parmesan bagel. I wish they would add the blueberry bagel as an option when ordering online.
