This is one of the few true fast food places on the main stretch of Rome whose burgers actually feel like a burger. It seems like fast food burgers these days leave much to be desired. Small patties, who are packed with more filler than actual beef. And usually left under a heat base until they are ordered. This place is the only one that you can actually smell for blocks in the area. Food is good, and fresh most times. The crew is friendly, but the room, if you want to eat inside is quite limited. But as for quality, you actually feel like you got your money’s worth.

While in the area, we were looking for some quick meal and get back on the road. There were two people in line when we walked in. I decided to use rest room while my other half continued to stand in line.
I first observed a few dirty tables in dining room and a famous king crown on the floor. Thinking nothing of it, I continued to the bathroom. The men’s room was disgusting and unusable. From sticky floor, toilet paper in sink and human feces everywhere, yes everywhere – decided to hold it.
I went back to my waiting party in line and then overheard a counter clerk staff arguing with customer and conversation got heated. Seeing as line hadn’t moved and I really needed to use a clean resteoom – we left hungry

Slow, slow, and slow. If I hadn’t ordered and paid in the app, I would have left like the 3 cars in front of me. At least my food was hot and tasted fresh.

This is your basic Burger King the food was hot and good! The employees were friendly and nice. The restaurant was clean and it had a T.V. Playing CNN witch was cool. Overall it’s a good place. If this helped you in anyway please like?

Also managers should not be smoking weed while on the job we have a team watching this location and everything is being reported back to HR.
Order is wrong every day and there’s some spots in the dinning area that are not always kept clean and there’s a white bucket that drips oil and looks gross like that’s not something I want to see when coming into order food but other then that very friendly people

I asked for a spicy chicken wrap they gave me a regular wrap them my girlfriend asked for a different sandwich I told her to go in a grab the sandwich she said on the board in the drive thru then she went in and asked for her correct sandwich and the cashier told her I knew u were going to come in bc this happened in the past 2 hours not very satisfied if your giving money to a company get the order right stop wasting ppls time the one up on black River is the best one to go to bc they never get anything wrong never will I ever come back here to give my money to the useless ppl that work here very unsatisfied

I had to pick up a door dash that was 10 minutes late. Girl cashing when I got there was worried about taking her break and eating ice cream. Supervisor told another kid to worry about DoorDash disappeared 5 minutes and someone else told him to get ice. Meanwhile the girl is eating ice cream up by the counter leaning over it flirting with an out side customer. My dash was 10 minutes late. I’m always on time for them. They don’t get any stars. But I hope the health inspector for Oneida county goes in and writes them up. They were more concerned about playing around then making peoples food orders. One lady was waiting for her order that was made wrong to begin with and was waiting for it the same time I was for ten minutes. When I walked out the girl eating the ice cream sarcastically said you rule. Door dash people order their food around their time for their lunches. They needed to be more respectful of time.

Got there 4 minutes after dinning room closed to be told we couldn’t get our food from the drive thru window, even if we ordered thru the app, without a vehicle(woulda been great if it hadn’t gotten a flat 4 blocks away!)
