stopped for lunch . Only 1 occupied table. Received chips and salsa , chips very stale, salsa runny with no flavor and only red liquid, no peppers, onion, tomatoes bits, nothing. We said thank you as waitress placed on table, no reply or eye contact, body language suggested irritated or possibly in bad mood. Waitress returned and to take our order, again we thanked her, again no response or acknowledgement. Food did arrive promptly, plates hot, AGAIN thanked her and nothing Yikes , meanwhile another couple walked in, friends of waitress, she was friendly and attentive, when they thanked her she did respond with welcomes. Very rude behavior We had taken the day to enjoy a lovely road trip and disappointed to end it on such sour note.

Fiesta is a place to get an honest meal that feels like it was home cooked. The green chili is consistent and I enjoy their combo meals. Very reasonably priced. The decor is a bit dated and that’s okay, I still return.

Classic Rocky Ford establishment but there’s better quality Mexican food elsewhere in the area. The restaurant also has a long standing sewer smell in the dining room.

Food was great but I had an issue with the bill and the waitress stood there and argued with me about $4 until I agreed to pay it, even with her mistake. She didn’t even try to make it right or apologize. Nothing. I’d call and complain to the owner but I wouldn’t be surprised if they are a family or she’s the owner. Make sure you ask clear and direct questions about the menu. She assumed I would inherently know there’s a difference in price on a menu item when it was my first time eating there. What a joke.

Great food and friendly service. The only problem we had was in an almost empty restaurant the waitress never checked on us for refills or other needs. We only saw her to order then when the food was delivered. We couldn’t even find her to ask for another drink and more tortillas so we gave up on those. She was very nice when we saw her but she was not very present. The food was amazing. I ordered the chicken fajitas with both rice and beans (you have to choose one or the other or they give you half and half if you ask). They were probably the best fajitas I’ve ever had. How is this not a chain? We need one of these in Colorado Springs!

Salsa and chips were not good seems like canned tomatoes. The taco Asada were very greasy and not much flavor. The people were nice but food was not very authentic or flavorful.
