I had a nice dining experience today, Ron the customer facing staff member was on top of it. Ordered efficiently, brought my food to my table, burrito was folded with care every table was clean and well tended to after customers left. Condiment bar was checked for cleanliness multiple times while I was in. I’ll be back.

I love this location, they get super busy at lunch rush and of course that takes a little longer. But I enjoy the food, and the staff is nice. I love their crisp bean burritos for $0.99. Their cheese tots and chips and salsa are great too! Their hard tacos are very delicious too! I also recommend their hot sauce to anyone, it is my absolute favorite and only hot sauce I eat! I’d recommend this place to anyone to try for sure!

This is the worst fast food dine in experience I’ve had in quite a long time. The staff tried to pretend that the line of customers waiting, did not exist. It took 5 minutes for the girls to give up and take an order.
I ordered 2 five packs of the crisp soft tacos. I waited 25 minutes to receive our food and received a tray of regular hard shelled tacos instead. During the wait I noticed my table was very sticky, so we moved to another. This one was stickier. I looked around and noticed nothing was clean. Stay away from this branch. It needs shut down in my opinion.

Absolutely terrible food. Clearly taking shortcuts on food costs, the restaurant needs an update but I can tell management refuses to pay for it. The employees are middling, but obviously way more put upon than they deserve.

Had very bad experiences at all locations after Covid and never went back. But today was thinking I would try them again. Pulled up a few minutes after 8, open sign on, sign says open until 9. Doors locked with only a cleaning lady inside. Makes me sad because this was one of my favorite places for many years.

I don’t why I keep giving this place a second chance. We went through the drive through tonight and were thoroughly disappointed. There was a tiny sprinkling of cheese on the cheddar tots that was cooked so long that it was rock solid and you could barely even pry the tots apart. The crisp tacos had maybe a sparse tablespoon of meat on them with the rest of the taco filled with very wilted lettuce. The nacho cheese was cold. Ordered fry sauce, got no fry sauce. Ordered ranch, got no ranch. Didn’t get a receipt. And the fork we were given was stuck to the bottom of the bag by lord knows what. This will be the last time.

I was going to order food for my family but thankfully driving to IF made me have to use the facilities first. They have one working bathroom, I went to wash my hands and there was no soap, bone dry. Turned on the faucet and only the smallest trickle of water came out. Napkins were ontop of the dispencer where others can touch all of them if they wish. If I cannot properly wash my hands neither can the employees preparing my food.

Went there for lunch today. The man working the drive through was rude, and had a attitude when I asked for ranch. He wanted to charge me because I didn’t order it at the time I ordered my food. Are you kidding me! I’ve always had great experience there and the food was hot and freshly made. Not today. Guess if staff has a crappy attitude, your food is going to be crappy too. Now I know I won’t be wasting my time or money at this location anymore.

I originally gave them a good review. However my husband and I went to the one located in Yellowstone hwy Idaho falls yesterday at about 5:30pm. The drive through was packed and not moving so we went inside where we were the second customer inside. I ordered a five pack of soft meat burritos. There was only two teenage boys working and no manager in sight. The boys were poorly trained and didn’t know what they were doing. In addition to all the cars in the drive through there were multiple grub hub orders as well. I’m normally patient but after an hour of waiting I seen them put an order in a bag so I thought it was mine. However it was for the drive up. The young cashier asked the cook where my order was and the cook looked at me and yelled at me saying he has to service the drive up and grub hub first!!!! I was so offended I yelled back and asked the cashier to refund my card but he didn’t know how!!! So the cook sloppily threw my order together and threw it at me! But when I first walked in I seen a big tub of meat and scale sitting on the counter next to the register with flies crawling all over it and it had been there so long it was warm and had a dry scum on top! The cashier said tge assistant manager left it there to go get her sister!! I should have just left then. Bad judgment on my behalf . Will never ever go there again!! I threw them in the trash.

I just came through the drive through and ordered a number 3 beef I get home it waa3chicken and on top of it they wrapped it in the outside of the wrapper instead of the inside so the whole tortilla was pink from the wrapper they asked me what size for the meal I told the regular so they give me a large drink and charged me for it I even said I didn’t order that it was like looking at a dear in headlights so I pay $13.00 for a cheesy tot and a large drink that I didn’t want the rest in the garbage thanks Fiesta
