Decided to go through the drive thru to try out the new meat and 3 box. I was told to drive around and park on the side behind the truck next to the door to pick up my order.. Me and the first truck in line waited for 15 minutes while we watched 1 car go through the drive thru and leave and two cars park walk in and out with food. When the food finally came out we were told sorry for the wait everything was made fresh. The mozzarella sticks were not done. Very disappointed

I ordered 4 meals on my app. I went thru the drive through and was told shake machine was broken(lost money) but received food with all bags sealed. I get home to half the food missing. I try to call them 4 times before i am on my way and finally reach someone. When I tell her I am on my way but upset bc everyone’s food is gonna be cold but these beef and cheddar sandwiches she says she will remake food if I bring it….ummm I said I was on my way if the call had been answered I would have brought it. Get there get my SHAKE, my 2 sandwiches and a card for a free sandwich.

Well everyone I have been coming to this Arby’s location for several years now, and normally this location is top notch on food, service, but today I get it is busy and it is Sunday on a cold day, it’s church crowd including myself in general, but the two older ladies ahead of me couldn’t make there minds up how to pay for there food with coupons and the one guy behind the counter bless this man’s heart doing it all with hardly no help, but I not only waited on my food, but I ordered burgers and fries instead of the usual roast beef since I don’t eat burgers from here very often, but that meat could have been cooked little bit longer I had to pull off the bad pieces the best I could, but the fries were fresh though, and the service itself could definitely be better it took little bit too long I probably won’t be back for awhile!

I order the new French dip sub the advertise 6 times on the 6th time I called and asked if they couple please not forget the dipping sause his answer was sorry we didnt get that inour delivery this week we should have it Tuesday dont sell the product that is advertised if you dont have what’s advertised with it say I am sorry we cannot make the sub that you ordered dont take my money then say sorry I forgot to order this

There was a girl working and she was working. Wiping tables and taking out the trash and waiting on customers. I loved her attitude and her personality. Sorry I didn’t get her name but it was in the afternoon .

I want to give Heather all the props for this review. She was a bright shining face when I came in the store and was extremely nice. I know she’s a hard worker too as I waited for my food she was making quick work of the craziness going on around her. The food is better than most Arby’s but the experience is what put it over the top for me. Thank you and I will be back!

The restaurant was clean. Service is mediocre. The food was blah. The meat was crusty like it was sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. Barely any cheddar on the “cheddar n beef”. Sauce station was half empty.
