Fantastic! Two thumbs up! Four of us food enthusiasts wanted to try a new place in Stafford. We were so glad we did! Located in an unassuming neighborhood it has plenty of parking. Fiesta Mexicana Bar and Grill was clean, spacious, and lively. The place had more Hispanic clients which gave us a clue as to the authenticity of the food.
We ordered tacos, beef and shrimp fajitas, chile relleno and margaritas. Everything was simply delicious. The flavors were fresh and authentic, and the staff made us feel right at home. The tacos were packed with flavor, the fajitas were succulent and the habanero salsa tasted homemade. The chef really put his heart into the dishes. He even came up to our table to enquire about the food. He preps and marinates all the ingredients house. Every dish was bursting with flavor — from the perfectly seasoned meats to the fresh tortillas. The portion sizes were generous and the margaritas were dangerously good. It is easily one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. A great spot for families and friends who want to enjoy an inviting meal. This place instantly became one of our favorite spots!

I came to try this restaurant after my sister highly recommended it, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The customer service was top-notch, everyone was friendly, checked in on us often, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
Now let’s talk about the food… Absolutely amazing! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We tried the fajita parrilladas, nachos, enchiladas, flautas, horchatas, and chile rellenos – and every single dish was delicious! The portions were generous and full of flavor!
P.S- If you like a spice, the habanero sauce is a must try! It’s a sauce you should definitely try!
Their drinks were also great! From the horchatas/agua frescas to the alcoholic beverages, everything tasted not only refreshing, but well-made, and paired perfectly with the food. (Try the mango margaritas!)
They just opened recently, and I’m honestly surprised more people haven’t discovered this gem yet. This place deserves to be packed because the food and service are both outstanding. I can’t recommend Fiesta Mexicana Bar & Grill enough 🙂 try this place out if you haven’t already!!

Really disappointed with our visit. We were the only family there (3 adults and 3 kids), but our food took over an hour to arrive — and it came out barely warm. The food itself wasn’t good either, which made the wait even worse. Staff were polite, but the whole experience was frustrating. Definitely not worth it.We will not be returning and I hope you pick elsewhere to spend your money. Food was presentable but not good.

Walked and not a single employee in sight after waiting for a few minutes found a table and sat our selfs after a few minutes a waitress greeted us as she was walking by and said she would be with us shortly. Ordered our food 3 taco platex2, nacho appetizer, beef torta, fluta plate, hamburger plate, waited almost an hour to get it, when it came out it was cool not even warm and the burger was not made correctly it had lettuce and tomato when we mentioned it to the server she said she would have them remake it after 5 min she brought it back and clearly the lettuce and tomato was scraped off as there where still peieces of lettuce in the burger after a bite was taken of the burger the patty was raw (red in the middle) plates were between 10-16 each. Had to ask for our drinks from a different waitress as it was forgotten.Definitely not worth the price no fountain drinks just cans at best this is ALMOST gas station food. Priced as “restaurant quality” with out the quality. With a 18% gratuity for poor service that came on the bill is ridiculous. Which explains the poor service since ultimately the tip was guaranteed Do not recommend.

The food was fresh, the portions were generous, the presentation & flavors were great, (not too spicy), the service was great….very accommodating. We left there very happy. Literlly been my saving grace. Everything is so delicious from the samosas (which are my fav), to their tabouli, hummus etc! Parking is plentiful and spacious. Came here on a Sunday and the service is friendly and attentive. Had chicken pops, veg spring rolls, and margarita. It was all well done. The chicken butter marsala is delicious and they have some of the best nan. Tasted fresh and textures are on point. Sauces to dip are sufficient and tasty. I highly recommend this place.

Food would’ve been better if it came out the slightest bit warm. A family came in 15 minutes after we did and they were serviced and received their food before we had our order taken. The waitress servicing the other table had to pick up the slack of our waitress. It was not busy at all and it seemed as if they were scrambling to keep up. I had a to-go order a week ago or so and it was really good and I expected the experience or at least the quality of the food to be the same. Expected more for the price we paid.
