This is a really good restaurant! The food was delicious. The service was very friendly and accommodated our requests. Extra star for surly temple soda.
I ordered the chimichanga with carne asada! It really needed some salsa which I asked for near the end.
The other dish we ordered was a small combination plate with tostada and a chicken red enchilada both also very good.
The beans and rice were delicious.
The price is good for the amount of food received.
I’d 100% recommend this place for dinner.

What can I say about this place other then fantastic it all ways. Service is on point and never lacking. Food is off the charts and we have been traveling to Craig for over 15 years plus. This place is definitely our go to place and throughout the year we miss the flavors of Fiesta Jalisco. We would rate it with more stars if we could.

I drive hotshot loads to mines. This takes me through Craig fairly regularly. This is one of my favorite places to eat on that route. About a week ago I was on my way back and I was about 8 minutes out of Craig. It was 9:30 at night. I called hands free from the road to make sure of when they close. I was told they close at 9:30 by the woman who answered but she got another person on the line. He said come on in I will feed you. He took my order over the phone and when I got there it was just coming out of the kitchen for me. The Carne Asada was wonderful and just what I needed. I was told to take my time. I left a much larger tip than usual to thank them for the great service. If I didn’t want to eat fast food, again, my next stop that would be open was Denny’s in Vernal Utah. About 2 and a half hours down the road. Thanks again. I look forward to my next stop here.

The good: A- on food, good taste and quality. A in friendly service. Nice looking place, clean and well kept.
The Bad: #19 to-go the tostada and taco was too soggy to eat alone, had to fork them. Not a huge deal, the food was great, but would have been nice to eat a crunchy taco. Maybe separate those items on to-go orders?
Overall a nice place with good food. We’re definitely going here again.

There isn’t many places outside south Texas that are, to me, real good tasting Mexican food, this place made it to the list. The only thing is, the tortillas are not real homemade , lol but food is good! Will love to come again!! Love the environment inside, designed very nice! Service was good as well.

Great as always! We visited Vallarta’s a few nights prior and really enjoyed that meal, but we’ve decided that Fiesta Jalisco is our “numero uno”!!! Great food, great service!! Loved it!

The waiter was great, he prepared an awesome michelada, the reason why Im giving it three stars is because I ordered some shrimp fajitas, even though they we’re good, they missed the mushrooms. Mushrooms give the fajitas a whole different texture and flavor. Other than than, the restaurant is good in general.
