One of the employees was very rude. I’m a dasher and very polite. She said she’s tired of doordash both times I went in there purposely so I’d here. Then was complaining to another customer about the drive threw being too busy. She needs to either get a different job or be fired! I didn’t deserve that. I was just there picking up an order and making money to feed my family just like anyone else. I never even said a word to her!

Usually I expect and am used to Arby’s drive thru to take a little time. The sandwiches are a little more complex than slapping a burger together. My last visit was very quick and accurate. The food was hot and the service was friendly. The young woman who took the order was very good at her upsale game. I look forward to visiting the Union City location often. Keep up the good work

The Arby’s in Union City Tennessee was the most awful service and food I have ever experienced in my life. It was on a Sunday and all the employees had an attitude and the curly fries tasted awful. It was like old grease. The sandwiches were terrible. I spent over $20 and was very disappointed. I will never eat at that Arby’s again and I don’t advise anyone else to. I shouldn’t have given a star at all.
