They take your order and give you a receipt but nobody makes your order. You wait in the pickup line to show them the receipt and then they start making it while mobile orders push past you and get priority. Person next to me was waiting 1.5hrs for fries

Asked for two purple bottles so it should’ve been 23.99 for each bottle, but when taking the money for two they charged us separately taking more money and charging us for each individual bottle. This is such a scam, I recommend people to never take their service as when we confronted them about it they did nothing and blamed it on taxes. If I could rate this lower than a one star, I would. Be warned about them and their terrible service, such undignified workers.
