I do enjoy this place. They are very friendly, usually no wait, and very clean. They have a good variety of items on the menu. I typically get the nachos but today I branched out to tacos Al Katie and loved them. My mom had a shrimp quesadilla which she enjoyed but wasn’t a typical quesadilla. She said the shrimp were amazing. My husband got a lunch burrito. He said it was good enough. And we always love to start with the chorizo dip. Always. I would give it five stars but I’m from Texas and no other Mexican food compares to Texas. Lots of parking. Family friendly. Good location. And it’s the best salsa around!

My husband and I tried out Fiesta Bamba on a whim and were not disappointed. The food was fantastic!! I had the three grilled taco plate with pastor (a type of seasoned pork…really delicious if you’ve never tried it). I ordered a michelada (beer mixed with tomato and lime juice with chilie spices), and it was amazing!!! Our server was courteous and attentive and the restaurant had a really cool vibe. Will definitely visit again.

I know authentic Mexican food, this is not authentically made to Mexican standards.
That being said, the food was good, the tortillas were not great, had enchiladas, the tortillas were doughy, a definite issue.
Service was very good, the server was very friendly, it did take some time to get noticed.
The atmosphere is nicely done, obviously done with Mexican decorations, very nice
I would definitely try again, this time a different menu item.

Food was okay but I thought pricey for what you got. Chips were a little stale. Our waiter brought our food and never came back. We had to go find him to get our check. The worst part was the floor. There was food and garbage all over it (straw wrappers, napkins, etc). I mean we walked right in at 6…won’t be going back. I forgot to mention the bathrooms. I went into the ladies room, looked up at the light and there must of been 10 dead bees in the light fixture. The one sink had no running water and the soap dispenser looked like it had corroded inside by the soap.
I did contact the restaurant and the manager was very professional and apologized for my experience and we were able to come to a resolution.

The best Mexican restaurant in town. My son and I love to come in for a quick bite to eat. Everyone is so friendly and they’re incredibly accommodating. This is our first choice for Mexican food in Hamburg and one of the best low-key restaurants in the village area (in my opinion).

We love Fiesta Bamba! This was our first time trying the Hamburg location. We revived the complimentary chips and salsa. I had the lunch size chicken fajita burrito and it was delicious. Fiesta Bamba has very generous portions. Even though I ordered a lunch size portion, I still had to take some food home. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants tex-mex comfort food!

What a relief to have a great Mexican restaurant with good prices and quality again in the Hamburg area! We frequent other places for food, but after being here tonight for dinner, it may end up being our go to place for food! it was not only speedy service but the food was high quality. They also have mole sauce (hard to find here)!

First, the address is wrong for this place (the address is for the eye place in the plaza on the other side)
I was excited to try this place as I love Mexican and love new things. Clearly Hamburg was excited for this as well, the place was packed at 530 on a Saturday night. The entire time we were there the line was to the door but it moved semi quickly.
Our food took quite a while to come out, to be expected at that volume for a new place so I won’t even fault them for that. There were an abundance of servers for the entire place and even a few specifically for clearing tables. However, after we got our drinks we never saw our server near us again until our food came out. We were thirsty and wanted more chips and couldn’t get either until our food arrived. The food, was honestly underwhelming. The chicken fajita burrito lacked flavor, the chicken peppers and onions were just very bland. Even the cheese sauce over it had zero flavor, it was very strange. The rice was also bland and the refried beans were okay. My daughter had hated her taco salad and did not eat more than 3 bites. My husband had the beef chimichangas and honestly that’s why it saved it from a 2 star review, the beef inside the enchilada was pull apart tender and very very flavorful. We also ordered a single beef soft taco to try to it together and it was okay. I was a little disappointed in the Americanized thin Mexican blend cheese on it instead of the thick white cheese normally served on them. Overall our experience was mediocre. Last, the prices. They were far higher than their competition in the area.
I may try them again in the future but if I’m really craving Mexican I’ll stick to el canelo.
