The steak is confidently executed, seared well and cooked exactly as ordered, allowing the quality of the meat to speak for itself, again elevated by that subtle, well judged magic sauce. Appetizers arrive thoughtfully prepared, clean and restrained, setting the tone for the meal. A particularly enjoyable moment was speaking with the founder, whose passion for Spanish cuisine and attention to detail clearly translate from the kitchen to the table. With warm, attentive service and genuine hospitality, this restaurant is a must visit in Las Vegas for anyone seeking authentic Spanish flavors done right.

I took my parents to try this new restaurant for paella and it’s amazing. The chef was very friendly and showed us the ingredients. The dessert his wife made was very tasty. The location is convenient for those staying at the hotels on the strip near Sphere for about 5-10 minutes drive. You can also make a reservation for a bigger party and try more dishes as they need to prepare in advance and everything is freshly made.

I don’t think I can say anything that has not been said already. Everything was stellar with the chef signature paella w/extra octopus being truly memorable. It was as good as the paella I had in Barcelona at Xiringuito Escribà if not better. And don’t get me started on Babettes cheesecake which rivals La Viñas in San Sebastián. Such a wonderful meal.
But as good as the meal Farmen and Babette have opened a restaurant that speaks from their soul. And they could not be two of the nicest people we have ever met! This isn’t Carbone or Tao so if you’re looking for that bright lights atmosphere this is not the place. If you want amazing Spanish food prepared from scratch by two incredible people, Fideua is your place. Can’t wait to see you all in March!

I had the most wonderful experience at Fideuà Taste of Spain. The moment I walked in, the environment felt warm, inviting, and full of heart. It truly felt like stepping into a little corner of Spain.
The paellas were absolutely incredible. Rich, flavorful, and crafted with so much love and authenticity. I’m still dreaming about them all the way from Dallas! Every bite was perfection.
A huge shout-out to the chef and his wife, who were both superb. Their hospitality, passion, and care for the food and their guests made the meal feel personal and memorable.
I can’t wait to come back. Fideuà Taste of Spain has earned a permanent spot on my list! ✨

What a delightful find on our road trip! Having lived in Europe for years, my love for paella led us here. The owner’s family story is truly remarkable, and the decor instantly transported us back to Europe. The paella was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back!

Other reviews have already talked about the amazing food. We tried a little bit of a lot of different things. We had tapas and croquettes for appetizers, paella and sea bass for the main course, flan, cheesecake, and almond cake for dessert. It was all fantastic and this was one of the best meals I have ever had. I have never had fish as tender, moist, and flaky as that salt-encrusted sea bass. The cheesecake was also the best I’ve ever had but the almond cake was possibly better!
The service was what really stood out to me. When I called for reservations, no one answered but a few minutes later the owner returned my call. He was so kind and gracious and he accommodated us even as our reservation went from five people to four and from 6:30pm to 6 instead. He and his lovely wife gave world class service, friendly and informative with a touch of humor as well.
I was initially a little put off by the location but the owner assured us that security patrols his parking lot. We saw that ourselves and going after dark afforded us a view of the Sphere as well.
I can not recommend this restaurant enough.

We actually found this restaurant completely by chance, and it ended up being the best surprise of our trip. It instantly became our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. I’m originally from Spain, and every time I visit the city I always want to find food from home. For years I looked around but never found a truly good Spanish restaurant here, until now.
The owners Farman and Barbara are not only extremely talented but also genuinely kind people who clearly care about what they do. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, and once the food arrives, it’s like being transported straight back to Spain. Every dish has that authentic flavor that is so hard to find outside of Spain. The ingredients are fresh, the preparation is careful, and the presentation makes you excited before you even take the first bite.
What impressed me just as much as the food was how fair the prices are, especially in a city like Las Vegas where dining can be so expensive. Here you get high-quality, authentic Spanish cuisine at very reasonable prices, which makes it even more special. I’ve shared a few pictures here, but honestly they don’t do the experience justice.

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at this authentic Spanish restaurant! The decor immediately transports you to Spain, with beautiful wall art, cozy seating, and elegant touches like the stunning chandelier.
The food was outstanding — we enjoyed delicious tapas with jamón, an amazing black seafood paella full of fresh mussels, shrimp, and squid, and a lovely selection of traditional desserts. Every dish was full of rich, authentic flavors and beautifully presented.
The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. I also loved the little personal details, like the reserved table card with my name and the fresh flowers — such a charming touch!
If you’re looking for a true taste of Spain, I highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to come back!

I visited this restaurant today and was immediately welcomed by a warm, homey atmosphere. The owner was incredibly friendly and shared the story behind the restaurant and their menu with great passion. All of their ingredients are imported from Spain, and you can truly taste the authenticity in every dish. Each course was delicious — my whole family loved it! The desserts were also house-made and very unique. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends!
