A lovely place for all occasions and for anytime of the day. Came here twice for lunch will staying on the island and both times had a pleasant experience.
Love the indoor and patio decor as it gives a warmth ambience. Food prices are very reasonable for the quality and scenery.

What a great find! Food was good and well seasoned, service was great! Kinsley (I think that was her name) was very helpful with choosing items on the menu and ensuring our drinks were always filled. Overall a great place to eat and see the scenery.

Hello everyone, Forbes here and this business that allows me to give out reviews, doesn’t get old at all. So I hope you all have had a wonderful day, we can jump right in and get down to the meat and potatoes lol? “BUT — before I get to telling you all some good things about “FIDDLERS.” I want to give a shout out to Christy witch is the waitress that served us last night 02/12/2026. We also want to give a shout out to Reese, is the Manager at this fine Restaurant, and lastly a shout out to the cook, I really need to beg for everyone’s pardon because I had forgotten his or her name. “With these names in this review are all to receive all five-star accommodations. But before we conduct that let’s get started into this review shall we.
To start things off and explain our joyous evening. I had just arrived home from a stressful day at my other job. I was tired and sour. However all of that melted away when I saw my Fiancé. After walking the door and kissing her, she asked me if I wished to go out to Saint Simons Island for dinner . So I asked her where she wanted to eat? And she answered Fiddlers. I replied to let me jump into the shower so I could wash the day off of me, and then we will go. We had not ever been to Fiddlers before nor have we heard anything about it however it was listed as one of other choices of restaurants on the internet and we had also seen where other patrons had left great reviews about this restaurant. And I was intrigued, So I decided to take her and her special needs son out to go check this place out for the first time.
When we arrived at Fiddlers I had to admit that parking was extremely limited. But the outside of the building looked really inviting. So I went to look for another place to park. When we finally parked our jeep. We walked up to the restaurant and the sent of what they were cooking was divine as we walked up to the door. As we were walking in we notice the cosie atmosphere of a patio deck with fire places settings that looked out towards the marsh with a splendid view, a screened in porch with outside dinning, a bar and inside dinning as well and all were comforted with warm heaters that would make certain that would keep any patron warm. We walked up to the hostesses that were extremely welcoming. We took the porch dinning and were impressed with the table settings and warm atmosphere of dinning. Our waitress Christy mentioned before was very compassionate and nice. And she served us very very well. The food that we ordered was fantastic and extremely tasty. We got to meet Reese the Manger and I wanted to meet the cook however I asked for him or her to receive all five-star accommodations for his or her well prepared of the fine quality food. To end the evening we said that we would incurage anyone to come eat here at Fiddlers and experience the extream fine dining that my family and I enjoyed.
“SO!!!” it’s all going to come to this folks. “The final review.”
Okay, Folks I have decided to rate this review at the top 5 I really wish it could be higher but just bare with me. You all won’t be disappointed, with what I am going to say next. Okay here it is.
Starting with number one=
(1.) I’m listing parking at or on a 1 star rating because of the limited spaces there are and when full. Patrons are forced to park out on the side of the road. We had to park somewhat in a ditch. But thank God my vehicle has four wheel drive I was able to get out with no worries.
Okay folks it gets better from here stay with me.
(2.) The atmosphere at said dinning establishment will be listed at a five-star rateing for its warm and welcoming clean surroundings and internal placement.
(3.) will be rated at a five-star rating because of the quality and preparation of how it was served.
(4.) Restaurant structure and licensing
Also will be listed at a five-star rating. Clean restrooms and dinning areas. And (5.) Staff and management will be at a five-star level.
All of witch that were mentioned in this review at least one are to receive all five-star to 10 stars.

We decided to come here while visiting the area for the weekend. First of all, we were impressed with the beautiful scenery and set up if the restaurant. It has both indoor and outdoor eating areas and is very spacious. They warmly greeted us and immediately seated us. The food was awesome as well as the service! I ordered the Fiddlers bowl and buffalo shrimp appetizers. We will definitely be coming back again when in the area

Brought the family here on a weekday around lunch time. Nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, plus a small area with adirondack chairs and firepits. The redfish etouffee and hushpuppies were very good! Best part is I was able to bring the pup along for the experience! Friendly staff and overall a great place to eat.

Enjoyed a delicious meal at Fiddlers on our last night on the island. Jennifer was an upbeat, personable and knowledgeable server. She encouraged us to try new items on the menu, and her recommendations were spot on. My blackened shrimp bowl was divine with flavors I would not have expected. My husband chose the Sandbar pasta and loved it too. On our next visit to SSI, Fiddlers will be one of our first dining stops. Don’t miss it if you are visiting!

Two of us had a very enjoyable evening at Fiddlers on a Saturday evening. Even though it’s February and we arrived around 5:50, we still waited over 30 minutes to sit down. We both had the tuna bowls with veggies and thought they were amazing. There’s a nice selection of beers on tap, and the service was attentive and friendly. We enjoyed standing outside while waited, so it was a nice experience. This is one of my favorite places to dine when in town.

Highly recommend by our concierge, Clayton, in 2021-ish; now is one of our favorite dinner spots on SSI. We arrive at opening otherwise one may have a wait as it is popular even with the locals. Always fresh, quality food – my favs are the fried green tomatoes; any seafood and their key lime pie ;-P

I only review places that deserve a 5 star rating, and this place 100% did. While waiting for a seat, I found my vision steering towards the incredible view of local wetlands. When seated a lovely lady asked for our order and seemed genuinely content and extremely nice and understanding towards the customers. The mac and cheese. Where do I begin? That golden crust was definitely blessed by the heavens and I was lucky enough to enjoy it. I savored every bite like it was my last. They say Georgia shrimp is out of this world, and I never truly believed them until I tried this place. At first bite the shrimp looks simple. But when your mouth meets the shrimp your taste buds are welcomed to an opportunity of endless flavor complexity. Take this as advice to take life by the reins and enjoy some Georgia shrimp at Fiddlers.
