Best wood-fired Margherita pizza in town ❤️. I drive 45 min, each way, to enjoy Fiamme pizza. The fresh mozzarella and Napolitan flour are imported and all other ingredients are locally procured. The Arugla Salad is superb–it is topped with freshly shaved parmesan, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes, and a house-lemon dressing. Inside, there is some seating: a few tables for 2 people and 2 other tables that seat 4, possibly 6. The service is always great and the food is prepared to perfection. **It would be outstanding and adventageous if Fiamme expanded their location to the East side of Tucson.** This side of town keeps growing exponentially, and an authentic Italian pizza place would be very much welcomed .

I’ve lived in Tucson close to ten years, and finally tried this place out. Have passed by many times, or just stopped for a bagel next door. Picked up two slices of pepperoni, and damn what a slice. Perfect size, foldable, and tasted wonderful. $12.00 and included a drink.
Place is a little smaller than what I pictured prior to going in, but who cares as long as the food is good. Best pizza I’ve had In quite a while.

Amazing pizza!!. I have spent a lot of time in Italy and this was the most authentic Italian pizza I’ve had in the States. I only wish the interior space was larger and more pleasant as it’s too cramped and small. But loved the pizza!

This is an awesome pizza, my definite go-to pie! You can taste the quality ingredients they use here. They definitely get busy, so go early or wait a little after rush hour. It is absolutely worth the wait!

You can tell the ingredients are high quality and there’s a lot of variety in the menu. The salad was very tasty and the flavors of the pizza itself great. My only complaint would be the crust was a little two firm for my liking.

Best pizza I’ve ever had in Tucson. Fast wood fired pizza. Sauce is fantastic (tangy not sweet). Very minor point and more of a personal preference is that I wish the cornice had more lift. I could have easily eaten a 2nd one as it was little and so good.

SUCH a great first experience here! Service is outstanding without being overwhelming. That’s a hard balance to find. The pizza is delightful! The SLICE is HUGE! Bigger than most medium pizzas you find anywhere else. 100% coming back for more.

A variety of pizza flavors on the menu. The service was great. I had a Carne and it was a good margarita pizza but it wasn’t baked enough. Very doughy and floppy. Next time I’ll order it crispy.

My go to neighborhood pizza place for years. However tonight and last couple times, I’ve been more disappointed each time. Tonight my bianca pizza has way too many mushrooms, much less delicious fennel sausage, less basil, never before seen lumps of mozzarella cheese that wasn’t melted. Though the char of a fire oven is okay, it was burnt on one side. The Caesar salad is always good, but the lettuce was not fresh, dark edges. I’m going to build my own pizza in order to get what might be closer to what it was before they skimp on ingredients so as to not raise the price.

Since moving to Tucson from Florida, I’ve been slowly building up a list of restaurants to get my favorite foods from back home. Recently I’ve been trying to find a white pizza that doesn’t cost $30- $40 and today I had a serious craving so I doubled down on my search and it led me to Fiamme, which I’m so grateful for. The 13” medium sizes pie only cost $21 and it’s everything I love in a white pizza-lots of cheese, some garlic and little dollops of ricotta the crust is so fluffy and a sensory delight to eat, as well.
I did take out, but the restaurant itself was a tiny hole in the wall so I personally would only come to dine in if it was off-hours to avoid feeling too crowded.
