This place is ridiculously good! Ordered a bowl with my choice of fixings. Every bite is a unique explosion so many flavors and textures, no 2 bites are the same. They have definitely changed what a bowl should be. Do your palate a favor and swing in there

First time here. Everything looked amazing. They answered all questions. My meal was delicious and portion was large. I will definitely be back and will be bringing friends.

5 stars for creativity! Mexican meet Mediterranean. New restaurant, very clean. Great ambiance, nice music. Food was good, I’ve had better flavor. Jalapeño hummus was great and they had some good spicy sauces. The staff were very friendly and provided great suggestions. They seemed like they knew their stuff. Will definitely be back to try other protein bowl combos.

Feta Cowboy is at the junction of Chipotle, Pita Jungle, overindulging Americans. It breaks all the rules yet follows the same successful formula at the same time. It’s health food, but it’s not. It’s fast and tasty and heaping and trendy and uses paper bowls and tricks us because on the wall is a cowgirl, not a cowboy, and the floor isn’t really cowhide, but cleverly disguised tile made to look like cow hide. It’s sensory overload, and I loved it all.

I never even imagined that I would eat brisket with kimchi, but that’s exactly what I had. The symphony of flavors left me speechless at times, while the vibrant spectrum of colors in my bowl made me feel bad for disturbing it. It was, in a word or two, mind-blowing.

I really want to love this place because the food itself is actually very good. Unfortunately, the service consistently takes away from the experience. We’ve given it several chances, hoping things would improve, but each visit has been frustrating.

Ordering takes far too long. It’s a Chipotle-style setup where you move down the line, but the pace is incredibly slow. On our most recent visit, it took over 10 minutes just to order for our family of five, with only one person assembling orders while the line kept growing behind us.

On top of that, the portions don’t feel aligned with the price. My son’s build-your-own bowl was barely half full. Even if protein portions are limited for cost reasons, it would make sense to be more generous with rice or vegetables. The kids’ meals were especially disappointing, with very minimal protein and restrictions on veggies if the kids didn’t want dip, which didn’t make much sense.

The food has a lot of potential, but until the service and portioning improve, it’s hard to enjoy the experience.

Absolute perfection. I’ve had coworkers rave about this place since it came out and I finally made it in myself and couldn’t be happier. The staff was great, explaining everything to me and picking my meal for me since I left it up to their recommendation. They were super polite and went into detail about almost everything they put in my bowl.

The food itself was so good. I got a BYOB with brisket and it may have been the best thing I’ve eaten in a long while. The combination of flavors was amazing; lots of savory mixed with tangy which is something I adore.

The atmosphere was so cozy. I love the decor and the music and vibes all meshed so well. It felt alive but relaxed (granted I got there right as they opened).

All in all, a fabulous experience. I’d be lying if I said I wouldn’t be back very frequently. Thank you guys!

We went to Feta Cowboy for lunch. The Husband went with the baseline standard of Gyro Pita and I went with the Norse Sea Salmon Bowl and then we got a hummus to share. The Husband liked the Gyro and it was a good size for him. I liked the Salmon and would lean toward the build your own version next time as I am a cilantro=soap taste person. So a little goes a long way for me. The hummus was good but only came with 1 pita. The drink cost was a little on the high side for lemonade or tea, but prices are going up dining out everywhere. Hopefully they will have an online ordering option soon. All and all a good addition to the area and looking forward to going back.

We’ve been to Feta Cowboy a couple times now and had a fantastic experience both times! A fast-casual experience with a very unique menu provides quick food in combinations that are very different and appetizing. There are a variety of vegetarian options, most dishes can be customized, and the hosts are very helpful if there are questions or concerns. So glad to have this nearby as a quick option on weeknights!

Really nice people and beautiful spot similar to Cava. I wanted to test out a signature item before customizing a bowl but didn’t enjoy the flavors that were infused together. Felt super random. I ordered the brisket bowl! The brisket was tasty but I didn’t like the kimchi or sweet potatoes as they weren’t cooked enough. I would try Feta Cowboy one more time but I’m not convinced on it nor will crave it.

Spicy chicken bowl for the win! First time here and now I’m kicking myself for not coming sooner. This place is delicious, some of the best hummus I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back and order something different- everything looked good on their menu. 5 stars!!
