The server Jeffrey was delightful. The food was disappointing. We came into town for own anniversary. The lasagna was Very Dry, little to no sauce. They charge for bread and the Caesar salad was composed of kale not romaine. All well, now we know. We enjoyed our train ride through a Blue Ridge. 🙂

We came here for my birthday with a reservation. The restaurant was busy with a great atmosphere. That’s where the good experience ended. We were waited on after parties that arrived later than we did. The server failed to inform us of the specials, to keep our drinks filled, or recognize we were there for a birthday. The taste of the meal was okay. My fish was overcooked but getting the server’s attention to ask about it was impossible. The presentation was beautiful so we ate what we could and even asking to pay so we could leave was a long wait. I chose this place based on my research and not being a local. I would not recommend this establishment. It’s by far the worst “fine” dining experience I’ve encountered on a special occasion.

Some of the best food ever had. Flavors, textures, preparation, and service was truly exceptional. Delicious Cesar salad followed by ham sliced paper thin with fresh house focaccia bread was wonderful. The sautéed Octopus was insanely flavorful and tender. Shrimp and calamari was fantastic. Swordfish was on the special nightly menu and did not disappoint. Very fresh and tasty. The venison filet with wild berry sauce was incredible, cut it with a fork tender. Dessert was a warm apple strudel and tiramisu with a double espresso. A perfect finish. Finally service provided by Jimmy was impeccable. He truly cares and is working hard to make the visit a very memorable experience. Thank you Jimmy. Don’t miss Ferraro’s when in Blue Ridge.

Great new & flavorful Italian restaurant in historic downtown Blue Ridge (open for 6 months), Sebastian provided some amazing recs and overall top notch service. Would highly recommend, $50/$60 a person but well worth it if you’re looking for a special night out on the town.
