Ordered cheese dip that tasted like milk. Ordered the house dip thinking it would be totally different, but it was the same dip with added toppings. The food was ok though. My son ordered chicken tenders, don’t know why, but they weren’t satisfactory. We ordered the Alambre and chicken and steak quesadillas. Waiter was nice.

Great place. Food portions are small for how much you pay. Food was warm not hot, and much of it looked thrown together. This was $14.99. I recommend going to Cinco de Mayo in Ridgeland.

I convinced my husband one day to try this spot out and we did not regret it. We really enjoyed ourselves and the food was delicious ! We came during happy hour, I enjoyed the margaritas and my husband had beer. Took a while for the server to come to the table to greet us but all in all a wonderful spot and we definitely will return !

09/05/2025 enjoyed another great meal with our family. We’ve been going to Fernando’s for a few years now and it’s by far the best Mexican food restaurant in all of the state of Mississippi. The owner Fernando and his sister are such genuine and kind people. I’d eat here every day if I could. Thank you for the excellent food, great atmosphere, and the hospitality!!

I recently discovered this location and absolutely love it! The staff are so friendly, the food actually tastes like Authentic Mexican food. There’s always a table when we walk in. And best of all the Margaritas are amazing and fresh made! No Zing Zang here, no offense to those who like there margs full of heartburn and sugar. Definitely recommend and will return. Ask for Rigo when you go. He’s the best!

Unfortunately, our experience at Fernando’s was extremely disappointing. We were seated outside and received only chips and salsa. For over 30 minutes, no staff member approached us to take our order—even for drinks. During this time, we observed the entire staff sitting at the bar eating together. I eventually went inside to inquire, and a young man responded that he didn’t know anyone was outside. He turned on the patio light but then returned to sit with the others, still without sending anyone to assist us. At that point, we chose to leave. The lack of attention and professionalism was unacceptable, and we will not be returning.
