I had contacted this establishment a few days before our visit to see if they could accommodate a large party(if needed) on a Saturday night. Brittany informed me that they did not accept reservations and that Saturday evenings were quite busy, which I completely understood. But then she stated she would try her best to ensure a table was ready at the requested time and for the amount of people we had in our party. We showed up at 6pm and a table was ready for us. The place was relatively full, with the exception of just a few empty bar seats. She checked on us throughout our meal as well. Her customer service is top notch!! I also should add that we had another server, who did a fantastic job as well. My burger was sooo good. I can’t even remember the last time I received a burger that was cooked perfectly to my liking. We will be back!!

A friend invited me to join him up here, and this was my first time here. It was a busy night (obviously expected on a Saturday night) but seats were not hard to find. Waitress was nice, also an order of onion rings as appetizer was very good.

Brittany is great. The guy is always in a hurry/impatient/rude. If you can’t keep up, hire another server. When you bring a meal out and nobody claims it in 10 seconds, maybe you’d realize you brought something we didn’t order instead of an impatient comment “well someone ordered it!?” as if we did something wrong. After that we got a soggy, undercooked, piece of fish for $18. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a customer instead of an inconvenience.

They never answer their phone. Tried calling this morning (well after opening) to see what the specials are. We have a big order for our work place so we’re forced to go elsewhere, a better place imo but further away. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues either. So sad.

Came in thirty min to close. Chicken sandwich was tasty, baked potato seemed microwaved, but still good. Server/bartender could’ve came around a turn or two instead of us having to go to bar to ask for something. She liked her tenders too. Nice they didn’t make us feel rushed. Laid back atmosphere. Comfortable low lighting and comfortable booths. Pickle spears were tasty too! Huge and hot. $35 for two of us. No beers.
